**Describe the project or task PCM helped with:**

We used PCM for BT project. It was very good tool for develop the product families as per client requirement. we can descripe PO's details and decide the target customer everything while developing itself. This is a best PLM tool in Telecom industry for modelling the Products. We can easily configure Discount products in PCM as per requirement .
We used to develop the entire BT products in PCM tool and successfully delivered to the client on time.
Finally I will highly recommend this PCM tool for other Industires who want to develop and configure their products best.

**What do you like best about PCM?**

It's very useful to develop the products and features very easy. Also configure discount products here as per market standard.

**What do you dislike about PCM?**

Nothing much.. Some time we will face tool slowness but that's manageable only.

**What problems is PCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have resolved many problems in PCM.. configuration issue
Tool issue
Etc.

Mixing capabilities. And hydraulic pump.

**What do you dislike about PCM?**

Guar bin because there's shaker are not  efficient.

**What problems is PCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guar bin screw feeder we had been repaired and fixed.
