The app efficiently handles all our queries, and we have a point of contact who is available during emergencies. Customer service is also reliable, and the platform itself is user-friendly. Employees can use the application to manage everything directly through the app. We have used it two years. **What do you dislike about Pazcare?** The significant increase in price during the second year, along with the decrease in additional benefits, is disappointing. **What problems is Pazcare solving and how is that benefiting you?** The employees can directly reach out to the team. This brings lesser hassle fir the HR department. They take care of everything for us. Our Hr department has been rest assured that all claims happen via the app and insurance portal. ### 2. Findling any information at that any point of time is quick because it is all at one place and this in turn helps in anallyzing things quickly. **What do you dislike about Pazcare?** There's very little to customize in the application. **What problems is Pazcare solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping in maintaining insurance information at one place.
