The app efficiently handles all our queries, and we have a point of contact who is available during emergencies. Customer service is also reliable, and the platform itself is user-friendly. Employees can use the application to manage everything directly through the app. We have used it two years. **What do you dislike about Pazcare?** The significant increase in price during the second year, along with the decrease in additional benefits, is disappointing. **What problems is Pazcare solving and how is that benefiting you?** The employees can directly reach out to the team. This brings lesser hassle fir the HR department. They take care of everything for us. Our Hr department has been rest assured that all claims happen via the app and insurance portal. ### 2. Need to grow in terms of networking of insurance benefits. **What problems is Pazcare solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing a one-stop solution for all insurance needs, the platform gives ease of member addition and deletion and centralized database management for all the members and dependents. ### 4.
