Actually I didn't dislike anything else about this program Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like it the best as it integrates with Paypal and helps me to track all my transactions clearly, so I know how much my account balances are. The transactions are transparent with dates and details of who and when the money was sent and received. It also helps me to generate reports which is really neat as it shows me the summary of my sales account balances in one glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm not too fond of the subscription fee charges and customer service response time. The subscription fee is not competitive, and any questions posted and asked to customer service are very unresponsive. The response time takes more than four days on certain occasions. Sometimes my questions went unanswered too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
