Most payroll services have outsourced customer service. It gets overlooked, but it's paramount (especially in IT) that the person developing your software understands your business. Having consistent team members to help us build out our platform was essnetial to our success with payroll. **What do you dislike about Payroll Partners?** Nothing yet, but I'm open minded! Most problems can be solved if there is someone willing to help. We haven't run into a payroll/hr scenario where we didn't get that assistance. **What problems is Payroll Partners solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our biggest problem that we're solving is marrying our scheduline with time and attenance. We're like most companies: we want our staff to be paid (well!) when they are working and not paid when they aren't. Fixing that issue took a lot of the mystery out of our payroll. ### 16.
