When I tried reaching customer support, I discovered an absurd catch-22: phone support never connects you to a live person, and you're constantly redirected to their help center, which is only accessible through chat... in the app. The same app that wasn't working! It's impossible to get actual help when you need it most.

I love the ease of use. It's very easy, and most people have Venmo. I definitely value the feature that allows me to connect with friends who also use the app, which is important because the friends are saved, and I don't have to remember or download their Venmo code each time we exchange.
