**What do you like best about PayKun?**

Easy and fast onboarding process. You just need to create account and fill the KYC documents then their team will verify and your account will live within some hours. Friendly user interface which anyone can use and understand. No setup fee and maintenance charges for this tool. It has lowest TDR at 1.75% for which you will have to give less charges of payments received from your customers. With this payment gateway you can give your customers a vast options like UPI, Debit card, Credit card, Net Banking, International cards and wallets for payments. If you have no website then you can accept payments through links. You can generate links by adding amount, payment reason and expiry date and can share the link to your customer via SMS, email, social media platforms, etc. You can track all your transactions from live dashboard. Add users with their role to give access to your paykun account. Payments received from customer will be credited to your bank account within 72 hours. Integration is simple and easy. You can integarte with your website, e-commerce store, applications and many more with their installation kit. Customer support is very responsive.

**What do you dislike about PayKun?**

During my use, I have never found anything for which I will hate this tool. I love this application, and it has excellent features which will attract your customers and gives a higher transaction success rate. Should add more paylater and EMI options in payment methods.

**Recommendations to others considering PayKun:**

Best to consider. No setup and maintenance charges so every business can adopt. It also has low TDR charges and is easy to integrate. You can also get your account without a website where you can accept payments through links. Customer support is also good and will help in every step of your journey.

**What problems is PayKun solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have implemented this tool with our website to accept payments from our customers. It was a great experience during integration. It helped us to provide service to our international customers. With this, we can provide various payment methods to our customers, and we can also share the payment links through SMS, emails which make our service more transparent. PayKun secures our transactions and customer details as well.
