Payhawk significantly simplifies expense and invoice management by centralizing cards, invoices, approvals, and accounting data in one platform. The approval workflows, receipt capture, and accounting integrations reduce manual work and improve control and visibility over company spend. Some processes can be rigid when dealing with more complex accounting scenarios, such as correcting postings or handling exceptions. Additionally, certain configurations and changes require finance-level access or support involvement, which can slow things down slightly in fast-moving environments.
