I find Payhawk very easy to use and to implement in the team, even for non-finance or admin employees. The system is cleaner and easier to use compared to what we had before. I use Payhawk for coding of expenses and bills as well as managing the workflow, which solves the problem of keeping the workflow out of the bookkeeping system. I like that Payhawk is light and easy to implement. It connects natively into our accounting with Exact Online, which is a huge time-saver. So, there's a couple of glitches or bugs often in Payhawk. The first one is what I have pretty often is that I move expenses from one stage to another, like from the review step to the payment step, and they sometimes stay stuck before payment. Even after you validate the payment, they still stay for a while in the validate stage, which is super confusing. The second problem is with my validation via the app, which doesn't work properly. We have to sign payments with the Payhawk app on our phones, but it happens super often that I don't get the ping on the app. Or I might get the ping on my home screen, but when I open the app, there's nothing to approve, and I have to wait for the timer of two minutes to run out. This is quite annoying. I had it on iPhone 12, iPhone 16, multiple updates, so it seems to be a recurring issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. It’s taken over many of the manual tasks we used to handle on Kloo like receipt collection, matching, and approvals; which has been a huge relief for the Accounts team.
