Fuse is simply the best dental software program that I have ever used. We have been a FUSE customer for over 5 years and it truly has grown and developed to one of the best softwares on the market. With its extremely user-friendly design it allows for continued growth for your practice. We have been able to grow our practice to 4 locations in the last 5 years and it would have not been possible without FUSE. Patterson also does a wonderful job contining to implement new and exciting features, and in doing so it allows for the ever-developing product to grow with the users. It just makes working on SAP user friendly, it is easy to learn and easy to control , the drag and drop features and click to assign features are a plus Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since it is relatively new there may not be a lot of content or learning material on the internet and you have to depend on the companies documents Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked that all the patient information could be found in one place. That made calling to verify insurance a little easier. It was aesthetically pleasing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I did not like the insurance input tab. It was confusing. The adjustments for PPO insurance fees was confusing. They have made some changes but we quit using the software after about 5 months.
