Also the team are very quick to repsond and we can easily make adjustments to our products that we require. **What do you dislike about PassFort Lifecycle?** It can be slow to add new features that we may see as more important, such as the notifications system for pep/sanctions checks. When there is a change to a hit which has already been raised, we are not alerted of this change. **What problems is PassFort Lifecycle solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have improved efficiency of onboarding greatly. This has meant we have a gold standard in our compliance process straight out of the box. Our account manager Aaron is excellent, always chasing up on any issues we had and wanting us to get the most out of the platform, **What do you dislike about PassFort Lifecycle?** There API does everything but is not simple to understand. Their guides are sometimes don't feel relevant, and you have to search a lot of pages to understand what you may want to do. It's a shame when you talk to the engineering team; there is an easy way to do something that would be hard to find out by yourself. **What problems is PassFort Lifecycle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automated tasks that allow us to onboard clients quickly but most importantly diligently too. As the first piece of compliance software I have ever used I found it so easy to pick up and get straight into my work. The support from the Passfort team has been top tier with regular meetings with our account manager there informing us of exciting updates to the services they can offer and bespoke recommendations that suit our business needs. **What do you dislike about PassFort Lifecycle?** Off the top of my head no issues come to mind, I am happy with the service and support that Passfort offer. Flexibility in their mindset towards deals and customers, but also in their technology, which is designed to make RegTech more accessible to developers - and RegTech needs to be accessible to be effective! Their slogan is lived by - they really do add the human touch to compliance automation. Our CTO loves them for their dynamic and fast support in using the product; we (founders) love them for giving us the time and resources needed to be a long-term partner, not just a customer. **What do you dislike about PassFort Lifecycle?** Nothing springs to mind from a commercial/working together perspective. Our CTO may have some niggles but he speaks very highly of the tech and integration support. **What problems is PassFort Lifecycle solving and how is that benefiting you?** PassFort scales with us by allowing us to use direct deals with providers or use PassFort's commercials, and they are agnostic either way. Even when tasks wouldn't work in the way we expected them to, they were always eager to work with us on a solution and took our feedback under consideration. They are constantly looking to add new features and data providers which shows how they are able to stay ahead of the game. The system is very intuitive meaning that you do not need a great deal of training to use it. I have no doubt that they would make the ideal AML partner for any organisation. **What do you dislike about PassFort Lifecycle?** There isn't really anything that I dislike about Passfort, as I always felt my issues were addressed in a timely and professional manner. **Recommendations to others considering PassFort Lifecycle:** My advice to anyone looking for an AML tool would be to give Passfort a try as they have great customer service and are always looking to satisfy customer needs and requirements. **What problems is PassFort Lifecycle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Passfort has been our only AML tool for the past few years and we use them both for initial AML checks, but also ongoing monitoring. ### 11. If appropriately integrated, Passfort can make the process seamless, only requiring a review of the requested docs before final approval. No complaints so far. **What problems is PassFort Lifecycle solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've introduced an end to end KYC portal. Web forms and document upload for corporate onboarding leading into automated KYC procedures with all ongoing monitoring happening within the portal too. The platform is opening new territories to us, that would have required increased headcount costs to achieve. ### 15. Pulling together a range of services to effectively conduct day to day duties can be difficult with traditional financial crime architectures but PassFort removes this burden and provides a single platform to operate from and maintain. **What do you dislike about PassFort Lifecycle?** PassFort, as of today, doesn't offer transaction monitoring capabilities. It would be so useful to add in these services and therefore create a 360 financial crime prevention hub. **Recommendations to others considering PassFort Lifecycle:** PassFort should be considered where the financial crime prevention strategy requires agility or modernising. The API marketplace makes it easy to 'pick and mix' vendors, even after selection and to build custom policy workflows. You should be aware that some features still require PassFort intervention to action but this is being worked on according the road map. I have not, yet, seen how quickly or easily PassFort can offer new vendor services which are NOT already in the marketplace and therefore I recommend discussing this with them directly should you have service needs which are not fulfilled by their marketplace already. **What problems is PassFort Lifecycle solving and how is that benefiting you?** PassFort solves problems across an array of areas. Particularly centralising and aggregating multiple services and creating a highly configurable risk engine to drive decisions from. In doing so, this helps with agility and scalability on the IT side but it also solves traditional data quality and audit challenges. ### 16.
