**What do you like best about Parts Tracker?**

The Best thing i like is the feature of Shift Task List which i did not find in other ERP Software. Also the Feature of Next Machine due and One Off Task Feature is also very Useful.

**What do you dislike about Parts Tracker?**

The thing i Dislike is the User Interface; the User Interface gives a feeling that I am running an older version of either SAP or IBM Maximo.
There are other ERP Software also, like File hippo and Emaint but their UI is really good. I believe a lot of work needs to be done on UI.

**What problems is Parts Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Part Tracker can be very beneficial for Small to Medium Scale Organizations to manage their inventory and Maintenance smoothly. Different Feature like Real-time Trouble Call tracking can solve a lot of problems.
