Gigatrak helps the company I work for with tool organization. We are able to check tools out and have a return date setup. Without it we can not keep up with the amount of tools that we have going in and out of the tool room. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some days I get random error messages and it slows me down. Lately, we have been having issues related to tool maintenance. We set up tools that need to be calibrated with a date. After that date, the tool cannot be checked out unless the calibration is redone and reset. Gigatrak is not letting us check out tools that are not due yet, saying that they are past due. To fix it, we have to go in and manually redo all of the dates by just retyping what is already there. Somehow this allows us to now check out the tool even though it's the same info. Thanks for the review and glad the system is working well for your organization! We do not allow the deleting of Classes or Types if there is a tool assigned to them. once all Tools have been moved to a new Class/Type, you are able to delete them :) If you ever want to jump on a session to go over any pain points, please let us know and we can walk you through them! training@gigatrak.com
