The platform glitched many of times. We were unable to view content or audio/videos would not play. I also did not like that it was not easy to toggle on and off different columns / criteria like final rates and usage terms. Often times these would disappear and we were unable to see them. Lastly, many of our creators reached out via DM or customer services because opportunity emails appeared like spam given the tone/text of the email and the email domain/address being "creator opportunity" looked like spam.
