I also find the feature of sharing direct content links to be super helpful since I can see different versions directly in the platform and share it with our larger teams for review. It's great to have feedback directly in the comments, so everything is streamlined in one place rather than bouncing between emails. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and straightforward. **What do you dislike about partnrUP?** I wish there was an option to share general access to someone who has the link versus it being email specific. I think at times, certain people are reviewing that don't necessarily have access and having to request access every time isn't the most time efficient. And lastly, there are times where we are updating those live dates in the columns, and it's sometimes not accessible. It's simple enough to set-up and the client success team was responsive, friendly, and helpful. It's flexible to handle different products, creators, platforms, for any combination of content that we want to track. **What do you dislike about partnrUP?** The UI is pretty clean and modern in it's aesthetic, but sorta clunky to use. Sometimes you need a full screen with the browser to do certain things, sometimes there is featurs hidden under expand icons. It also a little hard to do what should be a quick task - like create a link with a creator for a product at a retailer. Lastly, my biggest critigue is that is hard to analyze the data that is returned. The data itself is pretty straightforward, but it's hard to cut the data by the variables that we are interested in. Commenting on videos is easy and tracking influencer feedback is simple. Most of the videos ar every high quality and exactly what we were looking for to use in econtent. **What do you dislike about partnrUP?** The quality of influencer content can vary quite dramatically. I was able to hedge with multiple influencers so was more likely to receive a great video. But there are a few videos that we will not be using in their entirety. I will say that our brand asked for a very specific demographic of influencers, and when you become more niche, it's harder to find top-tier talent within that pool. Some influencers required more coaching than others and causes some rework as well.
