Parcel is awesome. Seriously, for any email marketing team or solo team that does email development, Parcel makes it a breeze to go from creating and designing emails to exporting, as well as testing between all email clients.

There are very random bugs here and there. It's not always consistent either what the bugs are. Sometimes it's loading issues, sometimes it won't log us in, and sometimes it doesn't refresh. Either way, they don't hinder us too much.
Also, the customer support could be better, but hey, we even struggle with that at our own company, so I know how it is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
