**What do you like best about Parcel?**

Parcel is awesome. Seriously, for any email marketing team or solo team that does email development, Parcel makes it a breeze to go from creating and designing emails to exporting, as well as testing between all email clients. 

This software is one of the coolest pieces of software I have personally used for email development.

**What do you dislike about Parcel?**

There are very random bugs here and there. It's not always consistent either what the bugs are. Sometimes it's loading issues, sometimes it won't log us in, and sometimes it doesn't refresh. Either way, they don't hinder us too much.

Also, the customer support could be better, but hey, we even struggle with that at our own company, so I know how it is.

**What problems is Parcel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For the most part when ever we brought up an issue they would resolve it or at least attempt to resolve it within 24 hours. The customer service does a good job at following up and being on top of things. But the issue weren't always fixed.
