Timekeeper reporting is not very good. For example when time is reduced, there is not a report to capture the original, markdown and new amount. It only reflects real time. Dislike that it is easy to delete your whole database if you are in reporting and try to remove stuff you do not want from the report. Creating statements is also somewhat difficult. PracticePanther's support has been better than any software provider I have ever used. I was actually amazed at how quick they respond and they don't pass the buck. The links throughout the software give you the opportunity to ask questions everywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
