What do you like best about PracticePanther?

For me, I find that the calendar function is the most useful. I like that I can pull up any team member's calendar on there and it is color coded, according to the team member. It is super helpful for me since I am constantly scheduling reviews or other meetings with various employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PracticePanther?

I suppose the calendars could be slightly less of an eye-sore when opening up to 5 or more calendars. Still, I don't think there is much that can be done to improve this, as I know this is more of a personal problem (I shouldn't have to open up to 5 or more calendars all the time). Scheduling reviews when employees are available without actually having to bounce different times off of people. This is a huge time-saver to be able to look at everyone's calendars and then schedule a meeting. As long as everyone keeps their calendars up-to-date, there are usually no problems. Before PracticePanther, there was no aggregation of data that would allow me to analyze in real-time how we were performing, and we were leaving a lot of pennies on the table because of it. We were able to take an outdated, paper-based reporting system and modernize it. This allowed us to get a clear picture and make adjustments as needed. In a world where there is more remote work, it becomes more important than ever to be able to track those things so that your business is maximizing its profitability and efficiency with its employees. What do you like best about PracticePanther?

Being able to keep track of earnings and having all client information at the tip of your fingers. The automated processes which help to reduce time in doing routine tasks. Documents can be e-signed which removes having to send documents to overseas clients. With this feature, costs are reduced. Records are now more organized and accessible anywhere at any time. The client portal is also amazing. It allows clients to follow what is happening with their matter, send documents as well as secure messages. The help team is also very useful. What do you dislike about PracticePanther?

In my jurisdiction, payments cannot be accepted online. While this would be a useful feature, I have found workarounds for this. It should also be easier to add multiple contacts to a matter, but there is also a workaround for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Practice Panther is so user friendly. It took us no time to completely switch over to solely using Practice Panther to manage our time, keep track of our trust account, write cheques, facilitate electronic signing with our clients. Etc. What do you like best about PracticePanther?

We have been a customer of Practice Panther for several years and would not recommend this software to any law firm of any size. Their technical support is non-responsive and unable to remediate basic technical support issues. Over six months ago, Practice Panther stopped syncing event calendars, tasks, and contacts with Microsoft Outlook. The company has no ETA to fix this basic issue which leaves us having to enter these details in both systems and reconcile daily manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not much. Billing is fairly straightforward but automation is minimal. User access is ok but as admin, Practice Panther is fully of design flaws and workflows are easy to create but almost always break. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Horrible customer service - no one ever calls you and - glitches all the time. Sync issues, calendar doesn't save. Only owner setup constraints - admin setup not scalable. DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE!
