I like how easy it is to create a flow that can immediately save me hours of time. Tedious tasks of downloading reports, reformatting data, and making calculations can easily be solved by Parabola. I am able to be more efficient in how I create POs, pull our WIP, pull our Inventory, merchandise our website, gather marketing reporting, and support demand planning. Parabola has been a game-changer for our automation efforts. We’ve built 16 flows that save us over 8 man-hours every week. These cover everything from converting order PDFs into NetSuite orders, managing inbound container creation, and integrating Shopify and Amazon flows to handle RMAs and order processes. The platform’s flexibility and ease of building complex workflows without heavy coding have allowed us to get up and running quickly, and we are now off to the races with real-world AI automation. We initially ran into a stumbling block with writing data back to NetSuite. While it took some dedicated engineering effort from the Parabola team to overcome, it did cause a delay in our deployment. Parabola is an easy to use tool that can perform complicated transformations and lookups in seconds. What would take me about 24 work hours to do can be completed in 6 seconds by Parabola. On top of that, Parabola can help you build the flow or offer a helpful starting point. Troubleshooting issues are a breeze: with the click of a button, Parabola's built-in AI tool can tell you exactly what went wrong and how to fix it, or even fix it for you if you so desire! It's that easy!

With the use of team flows, I can take time off guilt-free knowing that my team will be able to cover any recurring tasks with a simple click of a button.

We love the ability to move data manipulations out of Excel and into Flows. My team is finding plenty of ways to use Parabola and are continuing to build flows for internal operations (professional services consulting firm) as well as for our clients. My only issue that hadn't been able to be solved is dealing with exported data that is over the 25MB limit for Gmail. We found a work around but I would like to see an expansion on how to deliver these large data sets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It doesn't fit EVERY situation, but it's difficult to come up with an example where it can't do the same thing that a speadsheet can and much more. It leverages automation like nothing else I've seen. But if you have a one off task, then maybe a simple spreadsheet can do for that exercise. Parabola has been an absolute game changer for automating repetitive, multi-step operational workflows. The Parabola support team is always helpful and proactive in their support of my 2-person squad. Whenever we have questions about a build or have an issue we can't troubleshoot on our own, they are very quick to respond with actionable steps. They are connected to our Slack instance as well, which makes comms very seamless as we move quickly. This level of support even many months after onboarding isn't common in my experience. Even more, when they find ways to make our flows more efficient, they reach out and volunteer their bandwidth to help make the changes. Parabola, while it has some charts and dashboard capabilities, is far from a BI suite - to be fair, it doesn't purport to be. That being said, having the abilitty to do more on one platform rather than having to pull out data to Sheets or a truer BI tool like Looker does add steps I wish I didn't need to take.

The only other headache, albeit minor, is that there isn't currently a method for stopping flows as you build to avoid lengthy runs needing to fully complete when you know there's an error you need to fix. Parabola has been truly transformative for our supply chain operations. It’s allowed us to independently build and maintain inbound freight data tables without relying on engineering resources. The platform's ability to handle various data inputs and integrations (including APIs and third-party apps), clean and manipulate data, join multiple sources, and then output and automate across tools has made it a central part of our processes. The Parabola team itself has also been outstanding, supportive, collaborative, and deeply knowledgeable. They've served as real thought partners in helping us build out complex flows and have consistently been available to guide and educate us. On top of that, the product continues to improve at a rapid pace. Even within our first year of using it, we've seen the release of new features that have significantly enhanced functionality, making it even easier to automate and scale our processes and analytics. While Parabola is incredibly powerful and flexible, more advanced use cases can sometimes require a high number of steps or creative workarounds. Still, this hasn’t been a major concern for us, as the team is highly engaged, responsive to feedback, and clearly committed to evolving the platform in meaningful ways. One area where we’d love to see further development is in data governance, particularly around better flow documentation, version control, and audit trails. As the complexity of flows grows, having stronger tools for tracking changes, managing access, and documenting logic would help maintain clarity and control. Parabola makes it possible to move fast, even before engineering builds a formal solution. Its drag-and-drop interface is intuitive for quick iterations, yet it’s powerful enough to handle advanced logic, dynamic inputs, and live API integrations. I use it to create high-impact automation across logistics and operations, extracting raw data from emails, APIs, and carrier reports, enriching it with allocations from Looker, and transforming it into dashboards and spreadsheets that frontline teams depend on daily. For more complex flows, building can be time-consuming, and I wish there were an option to pause a running flow during development—it would make testing and iteration more efficient. Some integrations occasionally require creative workarounds, but Parabola’s support team is responsive and helpful when troubleshooting.
