My experience with Parabola and its AI platform has been fantastic! It has completely changed the way I approach certain tasks professionally, allowing me to complete processes in just 5 minutes that previously took over an hour. One of the biggest benefits for me personally has been getting valuable time back in my day. One downside to Parabola is that there can be a learning curve when first getting started, especially when building more complex flows and understanding how to get everything working exactly as needed. Some processes require additional testing and adjustments before they run smoothly. However, with the support we've received from Hannah, this has been much easier to navigate. What I love most about Parabola is the flexibility to build and automate complex workflows without needing a technical background or relying on engineering resources. As workflows become more complex, troubleshooting can sometimes be challenging, especially when working with large datasets or multiple branches of logic. It would be helpful to have more advanced debugging tools and better ways to organize and navigate larger flows. Occasionally, understanding why a particular step isn't producing the expected result takes some trial and error. I've been using Parabola for over a year and have automated many supply chain & procurement processes using this tool. I often use the email and Netsuite functionality to get data sent to Parabola on a daily basis. From there, I've used Prowork to create dashboards, automate emails, send exceptions to internal teams and suppliers, and moving data between different systems, saving lots of time and company resources.

I like being able to execute more advanced data engineering projects without a coding background. Often writing SQL and knowing how to access cloud databases is complex, so Parabola breaks down that barrier and makes it more accessible to automate processes that would historically only be possible with advanced data engineering resources. I have a limited background in coding and data engineering, but I have a lot of experience with Excel, so I've been slowly migrating more and more of my clients' processes using Parabola rather than using Excel.

It's fast, reliable, and reasonably affordable to use. Their account management team helped me get set up with more credits for my own consulting business, which I now plan to use during future projects with clients.

The AI functionality is intuitive and also auditable. Using Prowork, you can get to good outputs faster without having to create each step manually. Often you still need to do the final quality checks yourself to ensure you have an accurate process, but AI will get you most of the way there in very little time.

Not much to say here. It takes a little bit of time to learn and get comfortable with, so the upfront training and learning is the steepest curve. But once you've had a chance to build some real-life processes using your first Parabola flow, your progress will accelerate because you're familiar with the UI and the available flow steps to use. It saves me a huge amount of time when I’m working with large data sets. I recently joined a new company and was tasked with cleaning up some messy data, and Parabola has handled nearly all of it for me with just a few conversational prompts on my end. One area that could be improved is the integration with enterprise systems like SAP. Having more direct connections would make automating reports even easier, especially in manufacturing environments.

Building more complex workflows can also take some time to learn, particularly when combining multiple data sources. I would also like more flexibility when exporting detailed reports directly from dashboards.

Parabola has been amazing for automating our workflows. It’s very user-friendly and integrates with nearly all of our tools, which makes it easy for everyone on the team to build, maintain, and update flows without a lot of back-and-forth. What I like best about Parabola is being able to turn my operational knowledge into repeatable workflows. In logistics, we work with multiple provider reports and a lot of shipment data.
