It's very helpful and convenient because I need to scan a lot of documents on a daily basis, and it definitely helps me get my job done. **What do you dislike about PaperStream?** I disliked the home page when scanning documents. I don't like the setting when saving documents. It shows all my files in a line so it takes me longer to save new files and find the one I want. I really do not like that. The initial setup was confusing. Its not user friendly to save a new file. **What problems is PaperStream solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use PaperStream for scanning many documents daily. The scanner drivers themselves are quite capable and with a Fujitsu scanner, you can capture really clean images. There is a decent amount of capability with PaperStream Capture along with some good tools for basic automation. **What do you dislike about PaperStream?** PaperStream Capture is probably best suited for small to mid-sized jobs. During stress testing, I found that the software will begin to slow and choke if you run enough documents through the software at once. Additionally, we have found that there are some issues with the OMR functionality to where it doesn't quite suit our needs. That said, Ricoh has been very open and transparent about the feedback we provide them on their product and they seem to take it very seriously when developing new versions of the software. **What problems is PaperStream solving and how is that benefiting you?** We offer a variety of capture packages to clients at varying price tiers. We believe PaperStream will fill a niche of mid-tier capture software that is not as expensive for some clients as our high-end capture packages. It lacks some of the power and functionality found in those high tier packages but it also contains good functionality for the price that it's at. ### 3. It delivers outstanding scanning performance. It consistently produces high quality scanned images and its image cleanup features save us a great deal of time. The speed, accuracy and reliability make it an invaluable tool for any business with high scanning demands. It is incredibly simple to install and scanning profiles are available to the whole computer, rather than per-user as some other scanning applications are. This is a huge plus for us as it means we don't have to copy scanning profiles to other user profiles. **What do you dislike about PaperStream?** Both the software and driver are feature rich, however the settings UI could use some quality of life improvements to require less clicks to access and make changes. **What problems is PaperStream solving and how is that benefiting you?** We scan thousands of pages every day. PaperStream enables us to do this quickly and efficiently.
