I really appreciate the excellent customer service from Panintelligence; it's great to speak with real people who support you on your data journey. Feeling like I have a partnership with the product owners is excellent as it helps me get the most out of my investment in the product. The initial setup was straightforward once the connection to the warehouse was up and running.

**What do you dislike about panintelligence?**

Panintelligence is weaker than its competition at finessing the user experience and user interface. You have little control over the style and visuals of the charting elements.

I use Panintelligence to organize business data and share it with stakeholders, helping us understand where we succeed and where improvements are needed to better serve customers.

**What do you dislike about panintelligence?**

I am not satisfied with Panintelligence's restricted options for customizing chart styles and the user interface. The platform can also feel overwhelming at times because of the sheer number of features available. Additionally, it lacks advanced capabilities such as natural language processing or the level of developer control that some competitors offer.

Panintelligence addresses the challenges of data silos and complex analysis by providing an embedded, self-service Business Intelligence (BI) platform. With real-time dashboards, predictive analytics, and intuitive interfaces, it enables users to make faster and easier data-driven decisions. **What do you like best about panintelligence?**

It gives us the flexibility to build reports and insights exactly how we need them, and it’s clear there’s a lot of room for it to grow with our business. The automatic email schedules are fantastic to get data reports you need direct to your inbox, once they are set up they just keep arriving as per schedule.

**What do you dislike about panintelligence?**

Initially it is quite hard to find your way around how the software works, lots of functionality to get used to. Also behind the scenes to build in or add extra functions that you may need, it is SQL language. Although we originally purchased the software through a third party IT company who were not very good at all. If we had gone direct with Panintelligence in the first instance I think we would have understand the software a lot quicker as the Pan team are really knowledgeable and friendly.

It is helping us see data easier and more accurate. This saves time and enables us to keep a check on KPI's easier and spend more time making business decisions, rather than spending time on repetitive admin tasks building data every week or every month. once charts or reports are built they can be scheduled to email however often you want to see them.

**What do you like best about panintelligence?**

It's great having a BI tool that is both easy to use and super-flexible behind-the-scenes.  With it all being SQL based, you can debug and tweak queries used for the wide-range of chart types to ensure you get what you need.  The security system gives you total control over  both table and row-based data access for each user role ensuring that sensitive data is properly protected.

Panintelligence themselves are a great partner - they are super-keen to ensure that the tool is implemented well and being used in the best way.  There are great training courses and expert help is always available - both as support and consultancy.

As a new airline, we had a blank sheet of paper for all our systems.  When we chose Panintelligence, we were able to get the whole BI project up from conception to delivery in 2 months!  This was helped by really easy data integration with our backend data warehouse (which was also in its infancy).

I would highly recommend Panintelligence and their BI platform.

**What do you dislike about panintelligence?**

There are limitations in the finessing of some of the formatting, but that really is being a bit picky.  The reporting side of the tool (as opposed to the dashboarding), works well, but could do with some more features.  Generally, however, the tool is flexible enough that you can work around any limitations.

**What problems is panintelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The collation and distribution of reporting and dashboarding within the business.  Critical information needs to be distributed both internally and externally for both operational and regulatory purposes as well as providing great analysis of our on-time performance statistic.

The support that you get from the team at Pan Intelligence is leagues ahead of the competition. They work with you to address your problems, not just throwing generic support at you.

The learning curve, where you're familiar with other BI tools. They do things a little differently. It's a strength of the product once you know it, but the adjustment is a little steep to begin with.

**What do you like best about panintelligence?**

The standout feature is it's ease of use -  the product has been designed for non-developers in mind, with a huge focus on making it intuitive for any level of user. Once linked up to the data, it's simply a case of dragging and dropping what you need, and where it goes.
The Panintelligence team provide ongoing support to a great standard, and we couldn't be more pleased with how we're integrating the product into our own solutions.

**What do you dislike about panintelligence?**

Maintaining configuration and user access/permissions can be cumbersome at times, however I understand that it exists to prevent larger issues from occurring down the line. Additionally, this seems to have also been recognised by Panintelligence already, as it's on their roadmap to be restructured.

**What problems is panintelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Panintelligence to both implement an embedded BI dashboard within one of our insurance placing platforms, with plans to introduce similar functionality to a further product suite. Both bespoke and self-service dashboards are planned. We also have additional plans to use it as an internal tool to assist end-of-month administration, billing and invoicing.

**What do you like best about panintelligence?**

The ease at which i am able to create meaningfull reports with high level information for senior management but behind that the details to help teams administer their departments. We are better able to focus resources as trends are much easier to identify.

**What do you dislike about panintelligence?**

As a relatively small business the cost is quite high however we can justify that as it allows us to focues revenue generating roles into the right locations and identify potential trouble spots and blockers more efficiently.

We are able to now see accurate reporting and it has identified that our existing reporting is not accurate and also we have improvements to make on the use of our systems to clean up our data and processes.

For our product idea, the dataset creation needed a bit to much detailed knowledge. As we are aiming towards a quite broad group of customers this was a small downside. 
This downside can be a huge advantage, if a high number of possibilities to adjust the dataset is needed

**What do you like best about panintelligence?**

I love that you can so easily create a new dashboard and that everything is connected and exploreable. The user interface is visually appealing and easy to navigate. I like its ability to generate massive data from multiple sources with ease. This tool enables reporting at scale through Data Security settings where we can share a single dashboard and each client only sees their own data. The designer capabilities are very intuitive and their support and account management are very responsive. I like that it allows our end users to monitor KPIs and other relevant metrics in an easy and interactive way.

**What do you dislike about panintelligence?**

The pulse/alert function is not always reliable. I don't like the fact that finding resources and tutorials for more advanced features can be difficult. It's not easy to see which of your users haven't activated their licenses or how often they log in. It would be very helpful if the modules included an interaction part to practice what you learned.

Create visualizations for customers to gain insights from their own data by bringing together many varied sources. We have been able to train several end users on the basics and now they are creating their own insight views to analyze. This tool allows you to create tools for your team that help increase your efficiency and provide easy guidance on where to fix any issues within your business units. It enables data from multiple sources to be consolidated into a unified reporting tool, allowing the company to have a complete view of our customers in one place.

Adam Rivett's assistance enabled us to quickly learn the features and functionality available in PI.  He is a skilled professional whose communication style made it easy for our team to identify and focus on the key elements of PI that we needed to rapidly address our most pressing requirements while we explored the many features available in the product.

**What do you dislike about panintelligence?**

Because the product is so robust, it is not easy to understand where to begin from a step-by-step perspective.  The documentation, while complete and extensive, is not necessarily user-friendly as it requires an understanding of the PI-specific terminology.  At times it was difficult to find the answers to my questions as I did not know the terminology to use for the query.  Also, I found the level of detail I needed to accomplish a task to be lacking at times.

We have several relatively complex reports that need to be generated and were unable to find a solution that was able to combine customized analytic dashboards with a robust, flexible and configurable reporting capabilities.

The best feature about Panintelligence is that it is very easy to use. It has tons of customization options as per our needs. It shows key important indicators (KPI) all in one place and can send alerts in real-time automatically.

**What do you dislike about panintelligence?**

The biggest thing to dislike about panintelligence is that it seems to run seamlessly only in high-end hardware devices only. Would love to see this tool run flawlessly in low-end devices too.

The biggest problem we solved with panintelligence is getting the data in interactive visualization charts. This has greatly streamlined our workflow and increased our productivity.

> Thank you for your feedback - here at panintelligence (pi) we are always keen to understand how to improve our products. Our product works on any platform and has very low system requirements. The client web app runs natively in any browser i.e. Edge, Chrome, safari, firefox etc. It will run on any operating system, PC, Mac or Linux and is at equally at home on a desktop tablet or mobile. Many of our customers even run pi using the browsers within their TV's for global displays. 

The server can run on single CPU machines with a minimum of 4GB of RAM. This is both vertically or horizontally scalable and can run very large systems designed for large numbers of concurrent users. We even have a piSAAS environment, this can be spun up using an email address, and can be connected to your data then integrated into your own SAAS application with very little effort. The best data visualisation tool out there, the dashboard is super easy to use, the pricing is also very efficient we use it for business intelligence, and there is no way anything in the market can match it's capabilities.

The product twice high configuration machine and will work properly only on high-end systems. Should it have been more compatible with low end machines it would have been another story

We mainly used it for analytics platform and for business intelligence and the data visualisation is just support easy and did not need much of a hussle. We have grown significantly aahet using this product

We use it for business intelligence and we do have our own setup for this and also we use data visualization and analystics platform and it has made our lifes easy to be honest.

There no such down side of the tools or applications itself just that we use it on a very high end machine its not possible to use that on the system with lower configuration.

The product itself is relatively easy to start to use, and the more you use it, the more intuitive it becomes, and quickly you start to realise the power of the product

No real downside, to be honest. It is worth planning what you want to display so that you have a clear view of the categories and groups before you start

I've worked in software solutions for over 30 years and Panintelligence is one, if not my favourite applications - the real time reporting, chart and report variations, clear dashboard, along with the data it allows us to deliver to customers to make up to date, informed decisions, make it a fantastic solution. I like that PI gives us the ability to deploy the data we currently hold into logical reports and dashboards. Previously I would have to have had to translate my requirements as a sales leader to a developer in order for them to construct the reporting I needed. Once the data connections are set up it is much easier to make required changes myself.
The team also continually demonstrate what good customer service looks like and have supported us with both internal and customer facing deployments.

The current barrier to entry is that you still need a reasonably technical understanding to refine some of the reporting. This is a huge leap from needing to write your own SQL queries but is not quite at a drag and drop UX yet.

One of the best things about panintelligence is the ability to create new charts very fast, helping you match client KPIs on the fly, while also having very robust customisation options; Allowing you to brand the charts to the client, or your own brand. Another really good feature is that people with little to no technical knowledge can create new charts very easily. I also like how fast their support respond to issues and how fast they turn them around, with special thanks to our account manager Elana Shalkowski for helping us no matter what the issue was.

There's nothing in particular that I dislike about panintelligence, if I ever find a small problem (which happens very rarely) or I have some suggestions how things could be improved, panintelligence is very fast to hear me out and resolve any issues I may have.

We use panintelligence to help visualise data, including trends and patterns. This helps us very easily explain to clients what it going on and also helps the client make accurate, data-driven decisions. With the easy to use chart builder we can rapidly create new charts without the need of someone with technical knowledge which frees our time up other things.

Also, because we're a whitelabel company, the customisation options provided by panintelligence, both for the dashboard and the charts, we can very easily brand things for clients.

Start off with Panintelligence as a company, everyone that I've had the opportunity to work with have been extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Part of what made the decision to take Panintelligence as our BI tool was the fact that the people we dealt with took the time to understand our use case and our company and the tailored the discussion around the platform accordingly.
We are still early into our relationship with Pi and still getting to grips with the platform but the amount of support we have had to date has really helped accelerate our outputs so far. 
The tool itself hides a lot of the complex functionality and the customisation options in the background which makes it easy to introduce new starters to it without overawing.

**What do you dislike about panintelligence?**

Not a dislike as such, however it would be useful if the product were shipped with a couple of interchangeable themes which could be applied (perhaps a dark theme). This would not only showcase the customisation options but would also enable new starters to get a better understanding of what goes on under the hood.

The control and flexibility Panintelligence offer is great. In particular the way their dashboards drill and how we can control that is top notch.

Panintelligence's offering of integration and customisation of themes (even updating the CSS) is wonderful. Being able to almost seamlessly integrate into our systems.

Most importantly Panintelligence has a great team behind it, offering great support, user groups and almost anything you may need to support what you are doing.

Finally, the way that Panintelligence offers analysis and a push into machine learning is a great step. This will be something to keep an eye on for the future.

Due to the way Panintelligence builds the datasets, this has revealed some flaws in our database structure - had to spend a fair bit of time trying to fix these.

Panintelligence has a big focus on self help reporting. Unfortunately, we can't make full use out of this, so it does feel like we don't use Panintelligence to it's full capabilities.

Panintelligence really took the time to understand our requirements, delivering a dashboard to cater for our needs perfectly!

We now have complex data sets available graphically allowing the  information that was historically very hard to analyse to be easily digested facilitating quick and much simpler decision making.

Historically examining data would have typically been completed using an Excel spreadsheet, seeing this graphically is like looking at a different data set.

it is also worth mentioning Panintelligence provide very good product training!

Knowing we should have implemented it a long time ago! 

Since starting to use Panintelligence we have spread the use across many departments/business functions - We should have done this much sooner than we did!

We no longer have to check various data sets/applications for information, everything is available from one platform.

It's so good we've added to a range of software applications we provide, usurping a lot of 'named' BI tools we used to use. What adds most to the experience though is the way Pan work in partnership with their customers, really listen to their needs and develop and add deep and rich functionality to their software. We've been partnered with them for over 7 years now and in that time the development, enhancements and related benefits never slows and it gets better with each (frequent) release.

**What do you like best about panintelligence?**

PanIntelligence is a serious competitor to other products, but with a better approach to customer engagement and an intelligent understanding of what the product can achieve. The interface is powerful but simple to understand. It has some quirks - as they all do, but doesn't restrict the user. The suite also includes some new AI capabilities and some 'flat' reporting which are good additional capabilities.

However, the most important advantage is the engagement from the consultants and the involvement of the customer in the roadmap. This turns a good product into a great opportunity to build what the customer needs.

**What do you dislike about panintelligence?**

I think that the product is definitely new - this is not the polished approach that Microsoft would produce. As I've said above, there are quirks in the interface. Secondly, with the rapid pace of change, some of the functionality can require a higher level of understanding (such as manually setting up CSS). However, I do find this useful on occasion, as it allows me to get exactly what I want without negotiating with a more intrusive interface.

PanIntelligence has allowed me to produce dashboards with attractive graphics showing overall trends and still allows me to provide drill-down/drill-through to the detail. The ability to drive all the dashboard from a 'parent' chart is a particular favourite with our clients, who must navigate complex data (we work in Financial Services).

Pan Intelligence has incredible predictive analytics; Great embedded which has been the easiest to setup so far compare to other BI products we used. Creating dashboards hasn't been easier and don't require highly skill consultants or administrators; requires a min of IT involvement which is always additional bonus. We loved as well customizing dashboards to match our brand.

Not a proper mobile app, used on browser which can be limiting. It is a smaller company which has big potential, but it is still not so known in BI sector
