**What do you like best about Nova?**

The customer service is great! You’re able to get your questions answered almost immediately and no wait time. I also like the analytics panel because I’m able to get my metric reports per week so I can accurately measure my performance.

**What do you dislike about Nova?**

Sometimes it is difficult to find some messages in the search bar and there’s no way to track email opens/clicks, maybe if they had a dashboard on the email thread instead of having to search for them. Also, I’d to know when was my most recent call with a contact to make I reach out to everyone on a schedule.

**What problems is Nova solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nova is benefiting my company because it actually minimizes delayed emails. This was an issue for me.

**What do you like best about Nova?**

It's a helpful collaborative tool which has many features and is also very user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Nova?**

There could be an option to use it along with other tools and also if it could be used offline, at least some partial features

**What problems is Nova solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it solves is it helps in visualizing the issue at hand while working on it
