Pango Reviews & Product Details

Pango.ai is a type of e-commerce logistics and Agentic AI Operating System solution that helps online merchants and direct-to-consumer brands automate back-office shipping, tracking, returns, and refund operations. The software functions as an autonomous digital logistics manager, designed specifically to execute daily supply chain and post-purchase tasks without requiring manual human oversight. During the initial onboarding process, the platform systematically ingests a merchant's specific shipping policies, carrier contracts, and existing order management systems. Once configured, the system autonomously executes daily logistics decisions governed by each merchant's unique business rules. This functionality is built for mid-market and enterprise e-commerce businesses that have outgrown basic plugins but require scalable infrastructure to manage complex logistics without increasing operational headcount. The main features and capabilities of the platform include: Autonomous Returns Management: Processes reverse logistics requests, generates shipping labels, and executes automated refund issuance based on predefined merchant policies without requiring manual staff approval. Real-Time Carrier Integration: Synchronizes directly with global carrier networks to provide proactive delivery updates to buyers and autonomously resolves transit exceptions as they occur. Dynamic Checkout Optimization: Selects the appropriate shipping options and carriers during the customer checkout process to manage shipping costs and meet expected delivery timeframes. System Consolidation: Replaces multiple disconnected software applications by centralizing shipping coordination, tracking analytics, and reverse logistics into a single operational framework. By consolidating these technical functions, the platform structurally reduces manual data entry requirements and lowers the volume of routine customer support tickets related to order tracking. Founded in Stockholm in 2025, Pango AI serves enterprise customers across the Nordic region, supporting brands with combined revenues exceeding $135 million. The platform accommodates merchants managing high-volume fulfillment operations and is expanding into the United States mid-market segment to provide continuous, automated logistics management across multiple channels.
