It's a great platform for anyone doing live and online (hybrid) events. Streaming live and have pre-recorded video is a plus! Utilized this platform for an event shortly after Covid and it was great. User friendly for online attendees too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The pre-registration was too lengthy. Should be able to select what that process is if it's open to all or to only a selected group. Our organization worked with the Inception Company for our 20th-anniversary event. We utilized Pando for a broadcast-quality event that streamed live anywhere in the world. The event came together with live in-studio participation, virtual folks joining domestically and internationally, pre-recorded clips, and even a live band. The best part of the event was the team - they're critical thinkers, and they helped us problem-solve the run of show / script on the day of. Additionally, the studios are beautiful and the space is very inviting - we held a cocktail party before the broadcast and everything fit our needs perfectly. Our event was open to the general public. Signing into the platform is a bit more involved than some individuals are used to - it requires pre-registration and access via the email that was used. Some folks reported some difficulties logging in. I believe some of this could have been curbed if our team was more proactive in outlining what the log-in process looked like. The production quality was outstanding (for videos AND virtual programs) that I executed with Pando, which kept the audience engaged; As the leader of the event and host for the day, the team and Pando in NJ did a great job in supporting me to be prepared for the day despite a heavy load of programs ongoing during the height of the pandemic; I selected Pando because I wanted a platform that would give the audience a 'white glove' experience (logging in, speaker interaction, presenter experience, etc) while allowing me to put my focus on interacting with the audience and not worry about needing to share the slides or 'find' and audience member who lost connection- the Inception/Pando team behind the scenes made this happen Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have executed several events with Inception utilizing their state-of-the-art, Pando studio and platform. Events with Pando truly elevate the level of interactivity and engagement creating an overall experience that is similar to live, face-to-face interaction. At the time, there was only 1 Pando studio so it was challenging to schedule the event around a specific time. However, since then, they have opened up 2 studios allowing for much more flexibility in the schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pando is super easy to work with and they go above and beyond on every project. I have all the confidence in the world that my events will go off without a problem. They are willing to help brainstorm ideas, work with us through round after round of changes, and are nimble and able to pivot quickly on site. They are great with my clients and I trust them 100%. Sometimes Pando can be cost-prohibitive. It's a heft upfront charge, and then each little nuance is an add-on and costs more money. While not a huge deal, it does make budgeting projects a bit difficult. I often have to estimate how much my overage charges will be while scoping for my clients.
