**What do you like best about Packetworx?**

The integration of various third party services like Amazon Web Service, Microsoft Azure, IBM Cloud, MQTT, HTTPS has made it possible to configure and manage devices from remote locations.

**What do you dislike about Packetworx?**

Adding to the fact, the inclusion of limited third party support has some issues down the line. Due to this limited integrations some of the customization we plan with the in-house is not possible.

**What problems is Packetworx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As packetNet has built its solution around the modern use cases of Internet of Things (IoT) is has made it possible to manage various devices. The integration of 3rd party application using the provided solution is seemless.
