The only true downside to working with OpenXcell from our point of view was us living in the USA, and them living in India. The time zone change was dramatic, and made for interesting meeting call times between us. However, we worked through it, and it overall was not a serious issue. No matter what you ask for, they will try to do it for you and they do not mind doing it several times if you are not satisfied.
