**What do you like best about Packetra?**

I like that Packetra set up my Dedicated server on the same day and helped move my website over smoothly. It's been great that I haven't needed to use any support since everything has worked well. I also appreciate that I only needed an email to sign up and could pay with Monero, which fits with my focus on privacy and cryptocurrency. The price is better compared to my last provider, while offering better speed in Europe and the USA. The support manager who helped move my site seemed very knowledgeable, and they assisted quickly with installing applications like a firewall and LiteSpeed. It's reassuring that they focus on privacy and allow cryptocurrency payments, which makes me happy as a customer. I felt appreciated and like Packetra wanted me as a customer.

**What do you dislike about Packetra?**

They currently have Dedicated servers only in Finland, it would be nice to get an option in Switzerland as well.

**What problems is Packetra solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Packetra offers a fair-priced server with good speed and privacy, and I appreciate their knowledgeable support. They quickly set up my Dedicated server and assisted with applications, all without needing support later.
