I can't say I like anything about this company.

**What do you dislike about Optimum by Altice?**

Optimum rewards new customers and raises their prices on their loyal customers. We had to cancel some services because the prices were so inflated.

**Recommendations to others considering Optimum by Altice:**

I would never recommend their services to anyone.

**What problems is Optimum by Altice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Optimum provided a landline and wifi services.

Not up to date enough modem or router
Weak Security and network control

Internet Service. Internet hot spots.

We use optimum by Altice as our WiFi provider.

**What do you like best about Optimum by Altice?**

The internet is fast, on our own channel we have around 20 computers, all running well.

**What do you dislike about Optimum by Altice?**

Anything could be a bit cheaper, but all around there is not much to complain about.

**What problems is Optimum by Altice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re able to bundle our phone and WiFi together, which isn’t as expensive as using two separate companies.
