They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about Optimum by Altice?** I can't say I like anything about this company. **What do you dislike about Optimum by Altice?** Optimum rewards new customers and raises their prices on their loyal customers. We had to cancel some services because the prices were so inflated. **Recommendations to others considering Optimum by Altice:** I would never recommend their services to anyone. **What problems is Optimum by Altice solving and how is that benefiting you?** Optimum provided a landline and wifi services. ### 2.
