AT&T u-verse had a various amout of things and channel to choose from. **What do you dislike about AT&T U-Verse?** On the flipside AT&T U-verse did have some flaws. The service stayed down way too much and took days for it to be restored. Most of the equipment was outdated and in need of an upgrade. the attitude of the workers they had in customer service. **Recommendations to others considering AT&T U-Verse:** I would check out other people reviews and check to see if they have done any upgrades lately. **What problems is AT&T U-Verse solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed internet and phone services so invested in AT&T U-Verse. The service was ok and the price was reasonable. The service techs were patient and had awesome customer service. ### 2. Save your business overhead cost with AT&T U-Verse for easy setting up and free on-premise equipment **What problems is AT&T U-Verse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Provides reliable internet service for both my business and home, rarely having outage or issue but when there is issue, prompt support provided which has allow business running smoothly without interruption. ### 3. Fiber service is the way to go when available. Prices are reasonable if you are bundlign TV and phone, otherwise other ISPs generally offer a better value for Internet. **What problems is AT&T U-Verse solving and how is that benefiting you?** High speed fiber Internet is generally reliable and relatively cost-effective. ### 5. They were able to quickly and easily solve any problems I had that were configuration related, and would send someone out if their troubleshooting didn't work. **What do you dislike about AT&T U-Verse?** One thing I disliked was the price and reliability. They are one of the more expensive options, and you don't get a lot of bang for your buck. The service was also frequently dropping or slowing down on their side. **What problems is AT&T U-Verse solving and how is that benefiting you?** AT&T U-Verse was our internet provider at a previous workplace. They were able to deliver fast internet and were very flexible when it came to configuration and setup for us. ### 7.
