Automatic timers are great and have helped me log my time accurately many times(especially when I forgot to log it sometimes). It is quite easy to use and one can easily put different timers. Each employee tracks their own hours and has access to their PTO, hours worked, and personal expenses. Their app can be a bit laggy, this might be due to our Wi-Fi though, it's not really enough of an issue but it is a con that it takes a while to think when you need to move with your day. The hassle of having to let contractors borrow computers or manually fill out timesheets. Love that we can just have them submit it to us remotely instead of repeatedly searching for paper timesheets which are often crumpled, hard to read, or lost!
