It also structures your sales process to take out the guesswork, which is especially powerful if you're onboarding new reps and need consistency. **What do you dislike about OverQuota AI?** There have been some minor UX things that felt off, but I shared them with the OverQuota team and they were fixed in hours. The response time was unreal, so how can I can complain. **What problems is OverQuota AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's creating consistency in the sales process and it ensures that reps ask the right questions at the right times. However, I quickly realized how beneficial it was to have a checklist to make sure everything I want to cover actually is. Prompts will always be vauable, I sell in a competitive market so having battlecards pop up in real time of a new competitor prevents me from having to boot a rebuttal to an email. A quick ROI for me was the reduction in admin time, having all my notes sync to my CRM let me remove an hour block I had at the end of each day. Lastly, onboarding was completed in about 10 minutes. **What do you dislike about OverQuota AI?** No complaints from me yet.
