I appreciate Overhaul for the way it secures the movement of our goods via their GPS device program and monitoring. It's impressive how they can quickly engage law enforcement if needed to ensure our loads are protected in critical situations. I love that the implementation team worked closely with us, making the transition smooth, especially given our limited number of locations. I like relying solely on their platform to gain visibility into our trucks' movements while they're in route, which simplifies our monitoring process. Additionally, I value the tremendous service they provide, always being on top of our loads with a proactive and highly responsive approach to our needs, which enhances our operations significantly. Their monitoring group is hands-on and consistently reaches out to address any issues rapidly. Overall, these features make me confident in Overhaul's capabilities. I would suggest reviewing the replenishment process for GPS units because it should be on auto-replenish, and we've encountered a few instances where the order wasn't submitted once they hit certain levels.
