What do you like best about Overhaul?

One challenge with Overhaul is that after they launch a new platform update, we often lose certain platform access. This forces us to contact technical support, whose responses can sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Overhaul solving and how is that benefiting you?

I value that the platform provides the capability to monitor our shipments using covert trackers, ensuring enhanced security. Additionally, the mapping feature offers real-time visibility, allowing us to track shipment locations accurately and proactively manage any potential risks during transit.
