## About Outlook Export
Outlook Export is Outlook email management utility that enables users with an option to move and export mailbox to another usable format. The Outlook Export program mailnly exports emails, contacts and calendars from MS Outlook PST files to a wide range of output formats like MBOX, PDF, EML mSG (foremails), into VCF files (for contacts), to ICS files (for calendars).

**What do you like best about Outlook Export?**

It makes exporting very easy. There isn't much else to say about the program.

**What do you dislike about Outlook Export?**

I do not dislike anything. It's a needed software for exporting

**What problems is Outlook Export solving and how is that benefiting you?**

easily exporting emails instead of copying and pasting one at a time. Other programs allow you to export or turn things into a spreadsheet but this is the only software that lets you easily do it with business emails.

**What do you like best about Outlook Export?**

Was simple and straightforward to export my mailboxes. This was the main purpose for my using the tool.

**What do you dislike about Outlook Export?**

Some items did not translate well in the export process. Special characters, attachments, etc - sometimes they just did not export properly.

**What problems is Outlook Export solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to export many emails into an easily ingestable format by a programmatic solution. So, I needed files to be able to read from. This solved most of that problem for me.

I can back up bulk emails and files and don't have to worry about losing anything.  It makes it easy to access from anywhere.

It takes a while if you have a lot of files.

**What problems is Outlook Export solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Separating personal and business emails when I use my laptop.
