Outbuild has been a fantastic addition to our construction tech stack. As a commercial general contractor, keeping multiple projects aligned and on schedule is critical—and Outbuild delivers. The platform is intuitive, easy to train our team on, and built with real construction workflows in mind. The biggest win for us has been the Lookahead and Master Schedule features. They’ve drastically improved communication between the field and the office. Everyone knows what’s coming next and where the roadblocks are. We’ve also appreciated how easy it is to update schedules in real-time, especially when dealing with shifting subs and site conditions. Customer support has been responsive and helpful every step of the way, and it’s clear the developers are actively improving the platform based on user feedback. Outbuild isn’t just another software—it’s a solution that actually makes life easier on the jobsite. Highly recommended for any GC serious about planning, forecasting, and staying ahead.
