Outbuild is my favorite schedule software and one of the best construction systems I've ever used
Managing projects in the construction industry can be daunting, but Outbuild has been a fantastic resource for our team. The Lookahead feature and seamless integration with Procore make it an indispensable tool. It's practical and straightforward, helping us to save time and improve project performance. The standout, though, is their responsive customer support whenever technical questions arise.

Clarity and Coordination Enhanced, Needs Mobile App Improvement
Outbuild has been great for enhancing operational clarity and supporting process improvements. I like the analytics provided in the weekly work plan, which offer transparency, accountability, and visibility. Every schedule in our company is visible on Outbuild, and we can check the health and structure of any schedule easily. I also enjoy being able to measure progress. The setup was pretty easy, and Outbuild Academy makes training accessible and painless. Moving from analog methods to Outbuild has been a digital improvement for us.
