**What do you like best about OtelMS Front Desk?**

OtelMS's product Front Desk has a very simple interface and provides the user a good feed of capacities, booking and helps them plan their business accordingly. It helps tremendously in mitigating planning costs which subsequently helps decide a budget in an effective. It's basically front office work with so many additional features.

**What do you dislike about OtelMS Front Desk?**

Nothing as such in particular. But they can expand and reach new levels with more use of AI

**What problems is OtelMS Front Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?**
