The tool is well designed, user-friendly, and data is actionnable quickly for better decision-taking, from within the platform, or by extracting the data in Excel and working on it. The chat function is also very useful in order to get an answer from the team, and they usually answer quickly and are very helpful. I used it in various regions (Europe, Mexico), and the teams were alsways happy to help. I use OTA Insight on a daily basis because it's very easy to get real-time data from the competition, and make sure pricing decisions make sense within the market.
