What I like best about Orkes is honestly just the ease of use? Like, it doesn’t feel heavy or crazy complicated, even though it’s doing a million things behind the scenes. The ease of implementation was really good.... we got workflows running pretty fast without breaking anything else for once.
And their customer support has been legit nice? They actually listen and troubleshoot with you, not just send some copy/paste replies from a script. It makes a huge difference.
we have a high frequency of use since our whole team relies on workflows every single day. And the number of features is kinda wild? Sometimes I don’t even realize how much it can do until I just stumble on something new by accident.
And yeah – the ease of integration with all our other microservices and APIs… it just makes it way less painful compared to some other tools I’ve had to fight with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Okay, sometimes it still feels a bit too much when you're just starting out. Like there's just a ton of configs and options to remember right off the bat, it can be a lot.
Implementing was fine for the basic stuff, but then when we tried to build out these more complex, multi-step workflows? that got tricky real fast and honestly took way longer than we thought it would. Felt like we were constantly running into little snags.
The number of features is honestly huge, which is great power and all that, but also super overwhelming at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
