I like that OrangeHRM lets you add custom columns based on your needs. The front end is simple, and the functions are easy to understand. Once it’s set up properly, it runs fast and works smoothly.

The setup of the software was challenging, requiring a LAMP server before setting up OrangeHRM.

I love the super flexibility and simple user interface of OrangeHRM, which makes it easy to customize workflows and reduce the learning curve. I strongly recommend this software to small and medium-sized businesses.

The free version is great. It's amazing for leave management, time tracking, and basic recruitment module is very efficient an easy to use

nothing so far. everythign seems fine and easy to use

We were using Excel sheets and google forms which required extra effort for then keeping records of them. But, OrangeHRM, gives employee databases, time and attendance tracking.

**What do you like best about OrangeHRM?**

In the process of using OrangeHRM, I appreciate its highly integrated one-stop management features. It integrates various human resource management modules such as recruitment, attendance, performance, payroll, and employee information management into one platform. Previously, different systems or tools were needed to complete each HR task, which led to data being scattered and difficult to interact with. OrangeHRM has changed this situation, making all processes closely connected. For example, after recruiting a new employee, their information can automatically flow into the employee information management module, attendance data is directly linked to payroll calculation, and performance evaluation results can also influence career development planning. This coherence greatly enhances our work efficiency, reduces duplicate data entry and errors, and achieves efficient and unified human resource management. Additionally, the initial setup process of OrangeHRM was very easy, and I am very satisfied with this software, even willing to give it a 9.5 out of 10 to recommend it to friends and colleagues.

**What do you dislike about OrangeHRM?**

Data Encryption: During data transmission and storage, encryption technology can be further strengthened. It is recommended to use more advanced encryption algorithms to encrypt critical data throughout its entire lifecycle.\nFunction Details Need Improvement: The method of calculating vacation days may confuse employees, and access to certain modules in scheduled reports is limited. It is recommended to optimize the display method of vacation days to make it clearer and more understandable, while also expanding the reporting functionality to allow users to customize report content and scope, making it easier to obtain the required data.

**What problems is OrangeHRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use OrangeHRM to centrally store employee information, provide accurate data, simplify the recruitment process, and optimize attendance and payroll management. At the same time, it enhances decision-making with real-time data reports, supports employee career development planning, and improves work efficiency.

**What do you like best about OrangeHRM?**

I love the convenience of OrangeHRM the most. It's simple and easy to understand, and quick to get started. The comprehensive features are also great, covering all aspects of human resource management. Additionally, its customizability allows settings to be adjusted according to the needs of the enterprise. The convenience enables HR work to be quickly mastered without spending a lot of time learning operations, thus improving daily office efficiency. The comprehensiveness integrates functions like recruitment, attendance, and performance into one system, eliminating the need to switch between multiple systems, ensuring smooth information flow and more efficient management. The customizability allows adjustments based on the unique needs of the enterprise, aligning with business models and management styles, making human resource management more in tune with the company's development.

**What do you dislike about OrangeHRM?**

OrangeHRM has room for improvement in some details. Firstly, the system interface design is somewhat outdated, and the user interaction is not very friendly, which may require new employees some time to adapt. Secondly, although the report generation function exists, it is not flexible enough, and it is difficult to meet diverse needs in terms of format adjustment and data filtering. Additionally, when integrating with some third-party software, compatibility issues occasionally arise, affecting the smoothness of data interaction.

OrangeHRM integrates employee information for easy access, standardizes recruitment processes to improve efficiency, provides accurate attendance records to avoid payroll errors, and assists in performance management to clarify employee development.

As after using for around 6-7 months I really like OrangeHRM and what I realy appreciate abut OrangeHRM is its user-friendliness and versatility. It offers a range of helpful features for HR tasks. The way it strams the empolyee management process is praiseworthy. Althoguh ocasionally, navigtng through some modules can be a bit cnfusing. Overll, OrangeHRM is a valuable tool for our HR managment.

Overall I like the software not to much dislicable but one thing that can be a bit trcky about OrangeHRM is its ocasional slow loadng times. It may take a moment to access data. However, once loaded, the tool is efectve for HR managemnt tasks. OrangeHRM's overall value is worth overlookng these occasional hiccups.

It has solved all my HR management Task and help me in a lot of ways. OrangeHRM effectively addresses HR data centralization, simplifying employee management and enhancing process efficiency. It aids in leave management, time tracking, and performance assessment. Although occasional load delays may occur, OrangeHRM streamlines HR operations and empowers us with data-driven decisions.

As a HR it was really hassle work for me to track the time of employees but with the help of this tool i can do it very easily.It can easily manage work like leave management, employees performance and maintaining the data.

It is not that much of effective for the larger companies.Sometimes it operates slowly .Apart from that it is providing good service and making manual work automated.

The Management Functions are very easy to use. Also, the Cost of this tool is too low compared to other software in the market. And these tools cover all the functions of HRMS, Like payrolls, attendance, employees' payslips etc.

OrangeHRM is best software for HR. It is like one stop shop means all the helpful HR data & modules at one place. 

It is very user friendly with nice UI. This software is great help for the HR people/department.

It is a good software for now the way it is but the information on the modules can be improved so that it is easier to refer and understand when in case of query.

The ease of handling the software and the UI is very well maintained and attractive. Compared to other HRMS applications, UI i the best attractive thing in the case of any software.

Need to add some plugins to connect with other software like odoo or some kind of other ERP software that handles almost all the large amount of data. It will help the software to get more reach in the world of software.

It solves almost all the needs of a firm like the software industry, which handles all the processes like time login, project management, leave management and also payroll management.

UI - The user interface is clear, easy to understand and use. I used a few other HRM in the past like Kissflow HRM, they were very cofusing. But understanding HRM Orange was very easy - leave, organizational structure, task integration, announcement, employee directory access, checking assets allocated etc. are super easy and makes it convenient to keep a track

**What do you dislike about OrangeHRM?**

Too many password update requests! If you are using your official id/google workspace ID linked in, I believe that is security enough. Once I forgot the HRM portal's password and applying for a leave took too long as I was using my mobile and didn't had access to office email. OTP validation via mobile number registered can be implemented for making it convenient.

**Recommendations to others considering OrangeHRM:**

Go for it. If you want a simple UI for HRM go for Orange HRM. I have used workday, Kissflow HRM and others. They are good but if you want to use HRM for workforce management and no distractions, Orange HRM will make your life easy! Your HR doesn't need to give you a tutorial for it even!

**What problems is OrangeHRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orange HRM is helping in keeping a track of all organizational activities besides regular work. We are using Freshsales CRM for keeping track of sale prospects, while leave application and tracking of attendance, asset tracking etc. all are becoming easy due to Orange HRM instead of maintaining long Google sheets!

It's a good app for human capital management that helps conduct core HR activities smoothly its user friendly and it gives all the basic details of the app with trails. we can store and view employee details as n when required.

Overall a great app but certain alignment cons need to be fixed, the timesheet should specifically be hane to a certain person. If features like promotions and increments tracker are added it would be more amazing.

It helps in tracking the task management and project updates, The attendance of the employees can also be easily maintained. User-friendly and smooth running app with good functionalities.

This is one of the best products for payroll services that you will have more control and effectiveness. It offers full control over employee registration, in addition to economic data. You can find all the sheets, details of bonus payments and in exactly the same window for all commands. This is one of the most effective payroll options your department will achieve. It offers full control over worker registration, as well as economic information.

**What do you dislike about OrangeHRM?**

The price is high compared to other program solutions that are on the market. End user email notifications are not readily available, there is a delay in sending. There are many functions that we wish were not offered and in the same way, customization was lacking to adapt the platform to our demands.

**Recommendations to others considering OrangeHRM:**

Easy to use, and a big increase in productivity, send notices to control managers, incorporate internal applications, etc. Make sure to do your research on the capabilities to get what you need.

In fact, I have been using HRM, which took a lot of time from our team. The product has a simplicity, as well as controlling my expectations for the following months of vacation and other personnel controls. Human resources software application well optimized and we ended up changing after a few years having great difficulties with spreadsheets and papers.

It is backed by various brands that love this software and inspire confidence in everything they do, it is wonderful that they can feel proud that they do a good job implementing this software.

The request desk module helps me respond quickly and easily and have everything organized.
PIM simplifies human resource data making it much more practical and effective.
license management is simple and without so many complications.
I can monitor my employees in their performance continuously and with advanced metrics.

Time management in companies is essential, with this software it helps us to care of this valuable resource that we have and this improves the efficiency of employees in their daily work.

Recruiting new talent is essential, we never know when we need to streamline the hiring process, in these times it has been a great help for the company to have this tool to hire new people.

Role management and user system is very well thought out, I would like that it could connect with more external services, the world is moving very fast and I think the next step is artificial intelligence in all the modules that allow us to automate everything

**What do you dislike about OrangeHRM?**

that other companies do not know this wonderful software, I think the only thing that disgusts me is that it does not have as much diffusion as other renowned softwares that I do not want to mention but that have a better brand recall.

Little information about the facilities and functionalities of the modules is a great tool, but there should be more information on how to implement in the cloud and how to connect this with artificial intelligence.

Modular solutions that improve your human resources experience, it is incredible that this software has much more options and makes it easier for my team to grow with how well it is developed, it is perfect for what it performs. 

We still have problems that the software can solve, but we require better trained professionals to implement its modules.

I am not clear how long it could take to implement the modules according to the type of company and how I can optimize the times to do it better, if I have other software how the change will be and if it can be better in the future.

I like it to be a multifunctional work tool, the ability to track performance and take control of assistance is very good, it is also very easy to use, that facilitates the management of any employee. The user interface is well organized and very friendly. 

**What do you dislike about OrangeHRM?**

I do not like that sometimes the tool stops working or runs out of service, it is not common but it is really annoying when it happens because if we are paying for the service we hope to have it at all times.

It is very reliable for managing human capital, makes it easy to track the time sheet, and the schedule of working days as well as non-working days.

This software is very well suited to the needs of the company, allows to work more organized that makes it possible to maintain administrative control of all employees, the best of all is that we can keep all the information in one place.

This software has various modules to work with for example personnel information management which simplify your HR data  about your employees and makes it available in one central place where you can easily access it from any point. Managing your employees is easy without having to keep looking in the file cabinet about employees information so as to serve them.

I love every aspects and modules provided by this software i barely have any dislikes. They all work harmoniously toward best service delivery.

This software let you stay ahead of the entire organization with information concerning each individual. This increase service delivery and solving issues is easy. It is now easy to run organizations using this amazing tool. I highly recommend it.

With this amazing application tracking time and attendance of each employee is amazing and helpful. This software  allows you to easily track employees performance whether it's improving or dissatisfying and see what to do to improve service delivery. Planing leaves is also helpful.

Orange HRM has many very good qualities, among them are their multiple tools that make it a multi-function product from which you can track the performance and recruitment of all staff, as well as the assistance, the permits and the management of the time sheet of the same. There are several details that reduce some points to a new software although it is seen that it still has a lot to develop and improve, there are versions that do not have a proper benefit management module, which speaks of a great advantage in the field, besides it usually incur in downtime as well as inexplicable failures with which the simple fact of approving applications, becomes a tedious and complicated task.

It is a software with a simple to use, which does not require long ornate special training for staff to suit him, however it tends to incur faults that make it not a software at all reliable and creates a certain mistrust of him. However, everything will depend on the size and time of your company, as this product offers you to completely forget the hiring of consultants and the reduction of time and costs of configuration and handling at the price of being a little inconsistent with your processes.

**What do you like best about OrangeHRM?**

The simplicity of Orange HRM makes it possible for anyone to use without a lot of training. It also has various modules that make it possible to track employee leave, attendance, time-sheet management, performance tracking and recruitment.

**What do you dislike about OrangeHRM?**

At times Orange HRM experiences downtime and crashes making it impossible to approve leave requests which is quite hectic as it requires us to use other manual means for this. The version we have also does not have a benefits administration module which would have been a plus.

I would fully recommend Orange HRM since it is very simple to use and set up and therefore saves a lot of time and costs that would have been spent on training fees from a consultant.

For me I would say the number one in human resources management since it has several functions included and that can be included thanks to its open source, this makes it adapt to what we need apart from the tools it already includes. It shows a clear and easy information about the employees, showing their characteristics in a unique way

Being open source has many functions that you need to know that can be included, therefore you have to learn a little bit deeply about this software. The prices in relation to what is open source are very expensive, they should improve that aspect and change the options offered by small business packages.

Recommended for the practicality of this type of software, thus including many functions on human resources.

It helps me manage leaves with the employees in my firm. As a manager who would like to see the summary of all the leaves applied, Orange HRM does justice to this tasks by letting Managers know about the leave requests.

**What do you dislike about OrangeHRM?**

I've felt that the application still needs a lot of work. The team should understand the target audience and their expectations better. As a user who manages employees, I'd like to see all of the performance feedbacks given to an employee on their profile page. I feel that OrangeHRM lacks the edge in user experience compared to other products in the market.

**Recommendations to others considering OrangeHRM:**

If you are looking to have an application to just manage your employee directory and their leaves, OrangeHRM can perform these tasks beautifully. Not sure about how it will help with other tasks.

Orange HRM allowed us to automate our HR core functions. It is now easy to apply for leaves remotely and get them approved without having to fill paperwork or maintaining manual records of balances
It is also easy to configure working days and hours from the administration portal eg. assigned leave days, holidays, weekends and or half days

**What do you dislike about OrangeHRM?**

The reports are not very comprehensive
We have been unable to integrate Ornage HRM to other applications such as a 3rd party support system that links the orangeHRM timesheets to the support tickets assigned

Affordable HRM application for small and medium sized organizations
Easy to configure to meet company HR policies

**What do you like best about OrangeHRM?**

Covers all the bases. Has all the required modules like Employee database, leave data , recruitment , training etc. Being cloud based, it can scale up fast and has all the regular benefits of scalability. 
Software has been built in a very uncomplicated manner  and has a very simple approach with clear separation of each of the modules.
Leave configuration types are plenty and allows to accommodate many different type of leaves  

**What do you dislike about OrangeHRM?**

Bad UI and inability to make reports and dashboards in the system. Employee social media is not well built and needs to have more features. Onboarding system is not integrated with background check ,tracking of background checks etc.
Customisation like creation of some sample reports for workforce analytics is not well built. Addition of new features by adding a script based UI changes should be allowed on the system.

**Recommendations to others considering OrangeHRM:**

Very good software for covering the basics of HRMS and is of excellent use in case of SME kind of enterprise. Has a generous evaluation period and is cloud  based that enables scalability

OrangeHRM has been used for our internal product comparison in the past. We have used OrangeHRM as a comparative product for build/buy kind of scenario.
The software managed to fulfil most of the criteria , but was lacking in UI and general appeal. The overall product coverage is impressive and this is highly recommended for organisations that are about 1000 people strong

Customer support is somewhat lacking. A team member had a problem one time and getting assistance from support seemed unnecessarily difficult.

**What do you like best about OrangeHRM?**

The variety of modules offered by OrangeHRM. There are a lot of options on offer which allows for a full-service HRM system using Orange. Overall, it allows for nearly every aspect of HR at our organization to be covered by the software, although this does require the use of the professional version over the Open Source.

**What do you dislike about OrangeHRM?**

My biggest gripe with the software is despite the options available, they are held back based on the version of the software you have. While I understand the thinking and strategy behind it, we should have access to the full suite of features no matter what version we use. Additionally, getting information on the pricing/costs of each version is a bit of a challenge as well. Finally, without access to some of the reporting functions, it limits the usefulness and value of the software.

**Recommendations to others considering OrangeHRM:**

Consider each of the different versions and what will work best for you. You may only need certain modules, which means that the Open Source version might be sufficient. If you require more, though, you'll need to look into the other versions and hopefully obtain accurate costing. In the end, truly consider whether the limited functionality will actually add value.

**What problems is OrangeHRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main business problems, as with most HR software, is to find ways to minimize paper waste and implement a full-service HR solution to assist in optimizing our HR processes. At this point, though, we have not fully realized any benefits due to the limited functionality of the software.
