This help with creating reports. We use many types of order types and this helps also in creating reports. The system prompts the user when invalid data is entered. **What do you dislike about Oracle Order Management Cloud?** The orders don't always close after they are shipped. I believe this is a workflow issue. This isn't a deal breaker. **Recommendations to others considering Oracle Order Management Cloud:** Standardizing data is key.
