I use Oracle HCM daily for managing all my HR related tasks at work. Few things I like most:

- All HR information like attendance, payslips, leaves and personal details are available in one place, no need to reach out to HR for every small thing

- Leave application and approval process is simple and quick, I can apply and track status directly from the portal

- Payroll and payslip details are easy to access and well organized, very transparent

- Company policies and HR documents are always accessible, saves time when I need to refer to any guideline

- Performance and KPI updates are visible directly on the portal, helps me track my progress

- Learning and development modules help me upskill at my own pace

I use Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud as my all-in-one HR platform, and I love how it serves as a single source of truth for employee information, from hiring to compliance. It's great for managing core HR records, organization charts, and the entire employee lifecycle. I really like the employee and manager self-service options, which reduce the number of HR tickets. What impresses me most is how Oracle handles global complexity while keeping core HR straightforward and reliable. The localization capabilities are a standout feature. They support different countries' legal requirements, tax rules, and benefits structures seamlessly, which is a game-changer for a distributed workforce. Oracle automatically adapts to local legal and regulatory requirements, so we don't have to manually research every change. This feature alone eliminates a lot of stress. I find the overall navigation of Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud too clunky. Employees have to click through multiple menus to do simple things like requesting time off or updating an address, and it's not a clean, one-stop dashboard. I would prefer a simpler, modern home screen that shows common actions up front, like time off, benefits, and personal info without any digging required. Also, the time-off requests are very form-based and text-heavy. We need a more visual and user-friendly calendar view that shows available time off, already approved days, and company holidays all at once, with clearer error messaging. I really like the native, real-time U.S. labor compliance automation for federal and 50 state rules. It's far and away our favorite feature and the backbone of our risk-mitigation strategy for U.S. HR. It saves our team a lot of time. What sets it apart from every other HR platform is that it’s a fully integrated system that updates in real time with every federal and state labor law change across the U.S. without needing any manual monitoring, spreadsheet updates, or consultant work. I think the U.S.-Optimized Employee Self-Service (ESS) & Manager Self-Service (MSS) integration could be improved. Also, mobile usability for U.S. field/remote teams needs to be elevated, as it's critical for on-the-go work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The HCM extracts build process is amazing and helps developer to do very little code to get the results. We could reuse the base design for most of the core extracts. We would like to see some improvements in the UI side though! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Could have used temp table concepts for inbound integrations. The HDL transformation formula is using row processing, but temp table can help improve the performance by making it as set processing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like the best about Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Capital Management is the transparency the system offers. We implemented every module in HCM Cloud and it has been a very pleasant and easy transition...from PeopleSoft. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
