It brings all necessary components like controls, the risk and control libraries, and issues together in one place, making it a comprehensive tool for auditing. The system is perhaps too flexible, giving users excessive control over access changes, which can make it difficult to keep track of permissions. Although there is a role playbook, managing access can still become confusing. In terms of scalability, we have more than 2,000 controls and around 500 users, but loading pages—especially when using certification—takes noticeably longer.
