I have utilized SOxHub, OpsAudit, CrossComply, and TPRM. **What do you dislike about Optro?** They do not have a good method to handle security exceptions, which has required us to continue using the manual process until they get something implemented that comes close enough for our needs. Also, would absolutely love a functionality where I can engage control owners directly via survey for their FS accounts that they own, similar to something like PBC requests. Like I would love it if I could select the FS account, assign an owner, and then send them a survey to answer where they evaluate their risk factors, and propose changes that I can certify and implement directly. **What problems is Optro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Centralized changes to RCM's. Easy use with AuditBoard sync. Quick reporting for meetings and other purposes. The results that are generated often need significant revisions. **What problems is Optro solving and how is that benefiting you?** SOXhub serves as our source of truth for sox controls. ABI Dashboards are highly customizable on your own; the information is readily available. AND Customer service response is quick and accurate, and they even provide you with articles to help you investigate while you wait for their response (usually within 24hrs). **What do you dislike about Optro?** We get certain bugs here and there, but fortunately, Customer Service is quick to help us. **What problems is Optro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Visibility of testing status. We've been able to streamline our audit reviews and our SOX testing. In addition, we've enhanced our annual audit risk assessment and documentation of the auditable functions and areas of the Company. AuditBoard is always looking for enhancements to make the user experience better and easier. **What do you dislike about Optro?** After 6 years or so, can't say there's anything I would complain about. **What problems is Optro solving and how is that benefiting you?** AuditBoard solved the inefficiencies of using multiple spreadsheets and word documents. We've gained the efficiencies of one source of truth in one place. In addition, we have the ability to review work as it's completed and document any review notes with the work. It's also automated the use of email communication and response monitoring. It helps us as an organization present the best information available from different point of views. It also gives us a platform to share our ideas and make sure both teams are covering and indentifying the approriate risks. **What do you dislike about Optro?** It does take time for the organization to pick up how all of the functionality can work. The most cumbersome feature for us is using it as a tracking tool, with management updates for issue remediation tracking and reporting. **What problems is Optro solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest need for the organzation was centralizing risk and control information for both ERM and IA. Using Auditboard we will be able to both review and report and test risk appropriately and efficiently. ### 46.
