**What do you like best about Optera?**

Optera has premade templates as well as data sets particular to industries which was useful in creating our first ESG reports. The platform is also very easy to use which helps our team to manage the sustainable goals effectively.

**What do you dislike about Optera?**

It was not as easy as I expected to access them and customize them for our specific purpose. We were challenged by extreme dissimilarity to present special company initiatives into the reports and share them with the stakeholders.

**What problems is Optera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Optera has helped to simplify our management of the ESG programmes. It is now possible to store emissions information and monitor the status of sustainable development goals and create necessary reports.

**What do you like best about Optera?**

Optera let me provide snsustainability reports within days and meet all necessary requirements. It is also very friendly to use and nondemanding in a sense that entering and organizing data is quite easy.

**What do you dislike about Optera?**

Optera do not allow much adaptation to our company requirements commercially or even in branding. It becomes difficult to develop reports that can engage our stakeholders as well as show how we are implementing sustainable practices.

**What problems is Optera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Optera has made it very easy for us as a company to do our ESG report. The centralized platform makes it easy to gather data and the templates follow the necessary reporting formats.

**What do you like best about Optera?**

Centralization of Optera has enhanced the ESG program visibility in my organization. It also has the information and trend alerts on best practices which also has been useful in updating on new trends.

**What do you dislike about Optera?**

The platform itself seems quite rigid. It provides a fairly good selection of the reporting tools Filtering those reports to suit our needs can be somewhat cumbersome.

**What problems is Optera solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Optera has harmonized the management of our ESG program through improved data and reporting. Currently, the access to the corresponding industry resources guarantees that we stick to the industry standards.
