Take the time to structurally lay out what you want to get done at the start of your engagement. By setting those milestones together, it gave us tangible moments to "hit" throughout the time that kept all teams honest and focused when the rest of work gets distracting

**What do you like best about Operatus?**

The Operatus Team we worked with were exceptionallity talented, communicative and responsive. They worked seamlessly with our team to understand our processes, gave feedback where we needed to improve workflows, and helped us brainstorm creative and cost effective technical solutions. Special shoutout to Tiphany Gilbert who went above and beyond for us throughout this project and truly takes so much pride of ownership in her work. The whole team showed incredible work ethic and ingenutity and I'd be thrilled to work with them again.

**What do you dislike about Operatus?**

We ran into the usual iron triangle constraints with this project (time, scope and money), but worked with the team to arrive at the right compromises and pivoted quickly as we learned how to work together best.

**Recommendations to others considering Operatus:**

Set realistic timelines, scope your requirements properly, and give your project leads the onus and leeway to raise feasibility or timeline concerns.

**What problems is Operatus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We worked with Operatus to launch an Advisor Portal that would enable us to connect our Portfolio Companies with our Expert Network and automate our back office processes.

**What do you like best about Operatus?**

Operatus has a resource pool to pull from if you need specific assistance for your project. For example, we needed to deploy CPQ and they had a CPQ expert that they were able to pull in specifically for that project

**What do you dislike about Operatus?**

While we have some consistency with the people supporting our account, there is some higher level of turnover compared to hiring full-time resources so capturing knowledge is key to ensure continuity.

**What problems is Operatus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Operatus provides key hands-on dev and admin support for our Salesforce instance as well as integration of connecting tools. This has allowed our team to run lean on full-time resources and scale up or down with Operatus as needed.

This isn't our first time working with Operatus, and certainly won't be our last. While we've worked with many different system integrators and consultants, Operatus has continued to be one of the most reliable and diligent teams we've worekd with.

There's not much that comes to mind here. Even during road blocks or challenges in projects, they always provide a white glove experience and bring the industry expertise needed for us to succeed.

If you're looking for honesty and integrity from your service provider, here's your one stop shop. They scope each project with a high level of dilligence, which gives you peace of mind knowing a change order isn't around the corner a few weeks into the project.

If you are looking to partner with a Rev Ops team who are self starters and extremely knowledgeable across different CRMs, various integrations and best practices in the industry, Operatus is a fantastic choice!

Operatus has been a massive help to our organization, specifically helping us to restructure our CRM in a way that fits our growing business needs. I don't feel that there are downsides. They were extremely helpful for any project we brought to them and took feedback really well.

Operatus has solved so many problems for our company. They have helped us work through sales process, field clean up, lead process, and so much more. We have had projects that impacted all aspects of our business and Operatus has been able to help us across the board. Tiphany who has been extremely organized and great at sharing timelines. She offers great perspective and we really value we recommendation on best practices. Lilli has been amazing at helping us with a few very tedious products. I greatly appreciate her work and constant updates.

They've been pretty straightforward and easy to work with for the last year.   They've also been attentive to answering our quick hitter questions on Slack as they arise.   We've enjoyed that we don't end up in a sea of automated tiered service workflows to get an answer on a quick question.

**What problems is Operatus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Operatus has been helpful in recommending tools that can help our business.  For example, we asked them what tools would help us with customer sequencing and automation.   They recommended a really good company for us to use that we are very happy with today.  They've also been great as our go-to expert when we have intricate questions about Hubspot / Salesforce.

**What do you like best about Operatus?**

What we like best about Operatus is that they have been nimble with our needs.  As a company with an established sales process we had some very specific needs and requirements for the system.  They were able to tailor their services to fit our needs.  They were able to work with us by working backwards from our current process.  This ensured that the implementation fit into our existing workflow.

**What do you dislike about Operatus?**

Our experience with Operatus has overall been a positive one. Like with the implementation of any major system, there is a bit of a learning curve. My recommendation for anyone considering the services is to be as clear as possible with them when discussing the goals/requirements for the implementation.

**What problems is Operatus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Operatus has been a great resource for us.  When we decided to roll out Salesforce we wanted to do it without adding additional headcount.  They've helped us accomplish this goal.  They've been able to come in and provide the experience necessary to intgrate Salesforce into our sales workflow.  The rollout has helped us enhance our operational efficiency and productivity.

**What do you like best about Operatus?**

The Operatus team is composed of senior, experienced experts and if they don’t know the answer they find out. I inherited a broken and poorly-documented tech stack. While working with multiple folks to fix it, I’ve had some throw in the towel when faced with the tangled mess. Operatus has been on the opposite end of the spectrum. They have rolled up their sleeves with me, dug into every problem, and figured it out even when it was opaque to others.

**What do you dislike about Operatus?**

No complaints. They have gone above and beyond for me. I'm hard-pressed to even think of constructive feedback.

**What problems is Operatus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Operatus is both a strategic and execution partner for my sales and marketing tech stack. From our sales CRM and marketing automation platform to integrated tools for lead routing, enrichment, and attribution, they function as an extension of my team for all things Revenue Ops. I depend on the Operatus’s deep knowledge and skill set in order to inform decisions about my go-to-market process and I rely on them as my implementation and administration team.

The natural connection with my assigned team – doesn’t feel like a "3rd party" - as well as access to their extended team resources. Although we are assigned a specific team, when we have projects that require additional expertise, they connect with their broader to team to garner the support we need, such as a developer, advice on a new tool or support for a technical interview.

**What do you dislike about Operatus?**

There isn't anything that comes to mind regarding the work we do together. 

Management would likely say the cost, but the value is worth it. Thankfully, I've been able to convince my team of this as well.

**What problems is Operatus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Operatus assists us with our Salesforce instance, ranging from day-to-day needs to large, complex builds. It has been immensely beneficial to have their support generally, but even moreso after losing the majority of our in-house team due to staff reduction. Operatus’ knowledge and involvement of our system enabled us to seamlessly maintain productivity as much as possible.

What truly sets Operatus apart is their unique focus on revenue operations.  Other consultancies are typically focused traditional Salesforce functions and features.  Their strategic approach to aligning Salesforce processes with our overall revenue goals has significantly impacted our business in a positive way.  They were able to identify key areas where user experience improvements could be made, enhancing our overall revenue generation, and streamlining our processes.

Their team's dedication to understanding our specific business needs and challenges was impressive.  They took the time to comprehensively analyze our existing processes, and their tailored solutions were instrumental in optimizing our revenue operations.  Most importantly, their proactive communication and transparency throughout the project ensured that we were always well-informed and involved in the decision-making process.

The entire team is smart, helpful, and honest. They are timely in responding to requests and go above and beyond to make sure their clients receive exceptional work and service.

Since I'm required to write something, the only downside was that sometimes timezones limited the times we were able to meet, but they always made sure that I was the least inconveninced.

You cannot go wrong in working with Operatus. If you are looking for a true partner who is going to consult you fairly and execute exceptionally, then look no further.

Having part-time support was sometimes difficult with our internal queues that needed more consistent follow up.

Operatus has helped support our internal queue to maintain our revenue business and worked on various ad hoc projects that aided in annual planning and system improvements. Their wide knowledge of business solutions helped us to understand various perspectives and weigh the pros and cons of potential solutions.

**What do you like best about Operatus?**

I have found that some consultants are highly technical and require specific instructions to implement.  What I like best about working with AW is that they understand and ask for context. We explain the broader goals of the strategic initiative, then work our way from reporting/KPI's needed to process and then how to implement in the tool. 

This is especially valuable for teams new to Salesforce, who don't know what they need and, therefore, cannot ask for it.

**What do you dislike about Operatus?**

Nothing major that I can think of! I appreciate the excellent communication via slack, weekly email summaries and weekly syncs between our teams. If I had to nitpick, I would say that sometimes calendar availability is a couple of days out. But we are usually good at jumping on Slack calls for ad hoc communication outside the regular touchpoints!

**Recommendations to others considering Operatus:**

We are a bigger org with a dedicated Sales Ops team and still derive value from having AW as a thought partner and an extra set of hands when things are very busy to help with projects. I would recommend working with AW as both a smaller org, to get ahead of setting up your infrastructure right to scale (otherwise, you will have to go back and clean the tech debt later anyways), as well as bigger orgs with salesforce teams because of the insights and suggestions they are able to bring from their vast client experience.

**What problems is Operatus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work with restaurants that have very tricky client structures. AW helped us design and implement an Account hierarchy structure with which we can scale and integrate all of our other tools. This was the primary reason we began reaching out with them; however they have also helped us with::
- Salesforce MAPS
- Salesforce mobile app customization
- General Salesforce hygiene and processes/flows
- Integrations like Marketgo, Gong, Mixmax, Outreach etc

The Team. Every team member I've engaged with has been highly professional. They are experts in their field. One massive advantage to working with Admin Within is that you get a unique perspective on SalesOps/RevOps "best practices" as the Admin Within team has purview into how other organizations are implementing these best practices and how they have solved similar problems.

**What do you dislike about Operatus?**

At this time, I don't really have anything in particular that I dislike about our previous or ongoing partnership with Admin Within. I'm happy to share anything that comes to mind in the future.

**Recommendations to others considering Operatus:**

I'd highly recommend Admin Within for their SalesOps/RevOps consulting services! As a Sales Leader, you need a trusted partner to help build and implement scalable sales processes...Admin Within is that trusted partner!

Working with Jeff and Mitchell on the Admin Within team has been a pleasure so far. They've gone out of their way to help us resolve multiple complex issues at once, and have always felt like partners in this project. They accept feedback, productively brainstorm solutions, and are very personable in our check-in meetings.

**What do you dislike about Operatus?**

Not much to dislike, the only thing I wish I had was even more of their time and bandwidth.

Ask them about a Salesforce project you need help with, and I'm sure they'll have a solution for you.

We're working with Admin Within to help migrate our customer success and support teams to use Service Cloud, build out some new relational systems (e.g. better parent-child account mapping), and resolve data discrepancies between Salesforce and our marketing automation platform.

The folks we worked with at the end of our engagement cared about finding a long-term and sustainable solution. They provided guidance based on their experience but took into account all the nuances of our data. Communication was vital for our success, and the attention to detail and constant contact meant I knew exactly where our projects were at all times.

**What do you dislike about Operatus?**

Initially, the team supporting us was not ideal and struggled to provide the consistency we sought. After some discussion with Chris, the CEO, we agreed that we'd be best suited to have a change in personnel. After this change, our experience became fantastic.

Although we had our bumps in the road, I sincerely appreciated the fact that AdminWithin heard our concerns and took action to remedy.

I highly recommend their services. If you have the chance to work with Constantine Vigderman, you are in for a real treat!

**What problems is Operatus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Admin Within provides development & project strategy support to our business in relation to Salesforce. When we first engaged with them, our Salesforce Admin team had just gone through massive turnover, and we needed to 'keep the lights on' and support our business through the end of our fiscal year. They quickly got up to speed on our processes and successfully bridged the gap until we onboarded our new team members. Once we were staffed, they provided top-notch guidance on implementing a completely new data model for our Accounts and Products and curating a new lifecycle object & flow. Alongside this development work, they guided us through a project plan and helped us meet our deadlines. 

We now have a scalable data model and access to insights we previously did not have.

AdminWithin was incredibly thorough throughout our entire time working together. The team asked all the right questions and was able to take action almost immediately. Rarely can you find a consulting group that can start project work on day one and build it out correctly.

Often times engagement with consultants comes with an obnoxious volume of fluff and upselling...on the contrary the AdminWithin team is comprised of direct communicators who are willing to cut to the chase and get down in the trenches alongside us.

Their account manager role is a bit removed from our internal stakeholders. Besides that, very appreciative of their level of hustle.
