**What do you like best about Hotello?**

Hotello is a flexible tool that enables you to build your own strategy. Their customer service is on point and being an hotelier from Montreal, I appreciate the fact that we have a local service. The variety of the features is also important depending on the size of hotel you have.

**What do you dislike about Hotello?**

I would recommend Hotello to continue improving their interface and its design to make it more user friendly.

**What problems is Hotello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the Monville, we have a clear idea of how the customer journey should be in order to respond our clientele expectations. Without Hotello being able to integrate with the different systems, such as the self check-in/out kiosks, nothing would have been possible. Hotello is more than a PMS, they are our business partner and they are constantly open to innovation.

**What do you like best about Hotello?**

The main strength of Hotello is their adaptability. It's possible to personnalized emails for customers, to create adapted reports for accounting. They are riding the wave of change and they are always anticipating future needs for Hotel's partners. For having worked with another European PMS (Medialog), this property management system is well ahead of their competitors.

**What do you dislike about Hotello?**

I loved working with Hotello and not working with this PMS anymore is a shame

**What problems is Hotello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was able to solve problems of slowness when changing prices on 14 establishments. I received quick fixes and effective solutions.

**What do you like best about Hotello?**

A excellent product, it'stable, and all the features are easy to use, it's one of the best pms I've tried.
Besides hotello it's very user friendly and has a great costumer service.

**What do you dislike about Hotello?**

it has not a free trial, it's a bit expansive for a small company, it's not natively cloud.
sometimes it crashes and one time we lost a lot of work.

**Recommendations to others considering Hotello:**

If you are considering to use Hotello PMS it may also be a good idea if you have a big company. 
i think this software could be useful for all big companies, it has got Detailed Reporting, Housekeeping Management, Online Booking System, POS System, Reservations Management, Global Distribution Systems, and most important a Point of Sale Software.

**What problems is Hotello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

with hotello pms we managed our company, our inventory, new employees and training. has been useful for our daily operations.

**What do you like best about Hotello?**

This software makes its very simple to make reservations quickly at anytime of the day. Working even with a huge number is easy,no confusion and client gets satisfied. 

**What do you dislike about Hotello?**

Am grateful beyond explanation since installing this software customers feedback has improved from moderate to excellent. 

**Recommendations to others considering Hotello:**

Since we started using this amazing software our clients have been happy about our services delivery. I no longer regret having to work with Hotello since its user friendly. 

**What problems is Hotello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software has enabled us manage all hotel reservations which we can now do with ease and faster.Booking of space in our hotel either for conferences or any other services is pretty simple.

This software has improved our customer services since its constantly being updated to new hotel services. It is user friendly and navigating through various modules is simple

I barely have problems navigating around this amazing software, i have no dislikes for this software, i can now handle everything with it.

I have tried out this amazing application and i can assure you its worth the risk.

This software allow us to make a multiple reservation for our clients, overseeing all hotel services go as planned with the help of it is just amazing.

**What do you like best about Hotello?**

It is a very good product to optimize everything related to marketing, create a history of your customers. It is very powerful, modern, and compatible with any product you already use in your business.

**What do you dislike about Hotello?**

It is necessary an initial configuration and adaptation that will require technical knowledge, as some sections and functionalities are not sufficiently intuitive. We have found some software bugs.

We have all our centralized business with Hotello

I like that it is user friendly and is not as expensive as other hotel software

**What do you dislike about Hotello?**

I do not believe it it as sofisticated as Opera, however, for the price difference it is efficient.

Back up data as usual - in case any trouble connectinf

It is a widely used system and has good support. Have not experienced any glitches using this program.

After you learn the basics of the program it becomes easier to use. Creating reservations for clients was a breeze after using the software for a month or two. 

**What do you dislike about Hotello?**

Learning the beginning steps of the software was difficult but thats to be said about almost any program like this one. 

**What problems is Hotello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving the problem of spending lots of time creating reservations for someone over the phone when guests are needing my assistance in the hotel.

**What do you like best about Hotello?**

In my daily task as eCommerce Manager, I need to pull-out a tremendous amount of data to get a clear picture of the upcoming days/weeks and months in terms of On-the-book, Forecasted, YTD, YOY datas. 
Hotello Property Management systems does have numerous reports that analyses and populate the requiered information in a first step to efficiently Yield Manage your rates and inventory.

Hotello has a Yield Management Module that makes the Yield (Pricing and Restriction) more easy and fast. 

Excellent customer service by the way and focused on improving the software according the trends of the market. Hotello is constantly evolving which makes it never outdated in terms of what an Hotelier needs to efficiently accomplish his daily management.  

Also, the H Market View features is extremly helpful when the time comes to send a new emailing campaign and/or target a specific audience for a specific event in town (ex: Grand Prix F1, Valentine's Day, etc.).

**What do you dislike about Hotello?**

The Software would definitively gain in value if this PMS would advance its Revenue Management feature.
It would be amazing if the Software would have the capacity to generate suggestions for rates and inventory.
 
E.g, a new feature which not even would recommend a specific rate based on STLY/Comp Set ARI analysis/City Outlier/Comp Set compression/Forecasted Room Revenue, but also will recommend inventory management based on the On-the-book/Forecasted Booking/Remaining Demand. 


**Recommendations to others considering Hotello:**

Yes, I would definitively any medium/large sized hospitality properties to try out Hotello. this PMS has interfaces with the major Channel Management Systems such as Travelclick/Synxis/ReservIT.


**What problems is Hotello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None

Since we implement the Yield Management add on, we made the ARI process more efficient.

This is a good question, I don't find anything particular to prefer in the system, honestly. I find the lacking of complete report offered on hotello give the experience, less of a '' best feeling''

See question 1. Lack in complete report for Marketing.

I'm the director of sales and marketing, I make sure we reach the target of our annual budget on a daily basic.

Hotello is an excellent PMS, user-friendly and efficient. The customer service and their technical support team are more than effective.

It would be very beneficial to have more reports for the banquet module and a more developed Revenue Management module.

An efficient and indispensable program for our daily work. Whether it's for reservations, arrivals, departures, sales, statistics, or other operations related to our establishment, Hotello is always there for us. The variety of information we can access within the system, the ease of use, the exceptional customer support, and the program is comprehensive.

Should improve the coupon system, the package, and the store.

The visual appearance of the software could be improved. Some space is also unused, could it be possible to larger the reservation window?

When I call, I get a response! :) I have a lot of Yield management that gives me great marketing intelligence!

**What do you dislike about Hotello?**

I cannot see the sales of my agents by agent. I would like to be able to account for who my best sellers are and who needs more training.

**What problems is Hotello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like to see the statistics and I can be connected with my reservation system and my OTAs, this gives me more management time for other things.

User friendly, easy to understand and does not take long to learn to use this PMS.

**What do you dislike about Hotello?**

Because of our poor server, sometimes Hotello can be really slow.

**What problems is Hotello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work in the reservations department so I always use the Availability window to see the hotel's occupancy, number of rooms old, etc. I also use this window to upgrade guests.
