**What do you like best about Maestro PMS?**

Maestro PMS is visual, fast, and efficient. If you need assistance, Customer Service is quick and professional to help you with your issue and teach you new things about the software.

**What do you dislike about Maestro PMS?**

There is nothing I dislike about this software. Highly recommend!

**What problems is Maestro PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maestro PMS makes billing an ease as well as Night Audits with its numerous report options.

**What do you like best about Maestro PMS?**

Maestro PMS is super simple to learn and use. Once I got the operations down it was quick and easy to set up reservations for our guests. I'm so glad we use this program. I am impressed with the level of support we receive and the speed in which the support is delivered. 

**What do you dislike about Maestro PMS?**

Trying to figure out the best way to do some things can be difficult and certain things that are seemingly simple are often a lot more complicated than they should be. 

**Recommendations to others considering Maestro PMS:**

This software really does well in hospitality management and I highly recommend it. 

**What problems is Maestro PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This system has enabled us put all our events and track bookings. It has also enabled us keep records of events and those for bookings.

**What do you like best about Maestro PMS?**

I like the fact that it works all-round great for events and sales at the hotel property I work at. Great flow and ease of use once you know the program. You can input all of your own food and beverage requirements, setup, special items like linens, and fees. Contracts, Invoicing and BEO's easily used. Accounting and being able to put through payments directly in the program. 

**What do you dislike about Maestro PMS?**

There is no dedicated print-out calendar to give to our team. 

**Recommendations to others considering Maestro PMS:**

Go for it! 

**What problems is Maestro PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales and Catering of Meetings and Events. The ease of use in day-to-day work is greatly improved. We looked to see if there was a better program out there,  and we couldn't find something. The costs of the program is great, and can't be beat by other software.

**What do you like best about Maestro PMS?**

Maestro is an incredibly thorough system. Each action involves plenty of prompts, making it difficult to make mistakes. This is especially nice if you are a beginner. My first experience with any sort of property management system was with Maestro, and I will say I learned a ton.

**What do you dislike about Maestro PMS?**

That being said, once you've used the system for awhile, the prompts get a bit irritating. The system is almost too thorough and it slows down checkins, checkouts, transactions, etc. I also wish that when inserting notes into reservations, there's some sort of automatic timestamp/signature of the one leaving the comment.

**Recommendations to others considering Maestro PMS:**

Learning this system will take time, but once you get the hang of it, you'll appreciate all the features it has to offer.

**What problems is Maestro PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maestro's thoroughness makes it easy to avoid errors. In the instance of an error, it's easy to retrace steps to figure out what went wrong and how to fix it.

I found the software easy to use and it made sense.

It took a bit to learn and at times was confusing but once I was passed the learning curve I had few issues

They sell it as customizable, but it's not.  Its extremely bulky and time consuming and hard to access information from

Be very very careful what you wish for.  We should have spent the money to hire someone to create a program for us

Linking all hotel operations to one software system.  Have benefited from daily revenue reporting

It works, which is more than can be said for the majority of the software used in my role

Interface is a little boring but that's not that important

Maestro PMS helps with real-time and direct website booking and the control of rates and availability

Rates and availability sometime lags and isn’t always in real time

Easy and direct booking driving traffic to website

Simple interface; ability to manually adjust folios

**What do you dislike about Maestro PMS?**

Too many features that cannot be disabled; program glitches; I do not have the ability to make certain changes without having support perform them; random errors that support could not assist with fixing; too many pop up windows for simple processes.

Useful for day to day processes, but we end up using Excel instead of the software for ease of certain processes

**What do you like best about Maestro PMS?**

Honestly it's hard for me to think of anything I like about Maestro. If I have to choose something, it would probably be creating a new reservation. It is fairly simple and painless, and Maestro puts in all the information for you if you choose a name that's already in the system. 

**What do you dislike about Maestro PMS?**

I dislike most everything about Maestro. It is a good program in theory, but it just doesn't work right. It's slow. It crashes a lot. It almost has a personality of its own, and it's really picky about how you input information. Even in lists of hundreds of items, there isn't a scroll  bar. You must key up or  down for ages. Nothing is intuitive, and if you make one mistake it can be difficult and time consuming to fix it.

We use it to keep information about each residence, reservation, and guest all in one place. It has been helpful to be able to post charges to a reservation.

I like that the system accepts reservations correctly without having to reset the server.

Still very slower, especially when assigning a room

Further updates to prevent lagging and maestro system termination errors
