There is no any special provision for interoperability between OPERA PMS & Oracle Fusion Cloud despite the fact that both of these products are from Oracle.

You will need to follow Opera's validated integration program of Oracle to integrate your product with Opera.  For a two-way integration & certification, Oracle provides HTNG interfaces. We, as third party consulting services have assisted several businesses of different models with this certification go to market.
