Outstanding AI features and out of the box working tools or options are available in this one application for easy workflow for users. Its data storage and management abilities are amazing, these allows to keep the data well organised and filter them easily and keep every data or assets safe for longer. The docs or data stored in OpenText Media Management tool are easy to be accessed at anytime. This tool also known as the best Digital Assets Management (e-DAM) solution for all kind of business and teams. Customizability for the interface of this application available, and is even supportive to multiple documents or languages to be processed and imported in this app. OpenText Media Management also had customizable abilities for the features available in it. **What do you dislike about OpenText Digital Asset Management?** The new development on this software and OS upgrades are very slow and long years taking. And also there are no automated updates available in this. **What problems is OpenText Digital Asset Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** This tool we have integrated with all the CRM or marketing platform too so that we can have a complete track and access to all the assets from one place. Right from language support till custom workflows everything can be customized and built up according the the business needs. **What do you dislike about OpenText Digital Asset Management?** The system is too complex and not much support is there from Open Text for learning. Documentation and training manuals are not of much help. Moreover paid training is also not upto the mark. **Recommendations to others considering OpenText Digital Asset Management:** if you are looking a scalable solution for a large enterprise which wants to integrate multiple operations into one system across multiple geographical regions and external partners, Opentext Media Management i would suggest to move ahead with OTMM. **What problems is OpenText Digital Asset Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using Opentext Media Management for managing assets of over 50 brands spread across multiple industry segments and geographical regions.
