**What do you like best about OpenText Communications (Exstream)?**

I have started working in Customer Communication in HTML design and migrated to OpenText Exstream. In this, Design and workflow setup is useful. Also easy to design responsive emails compared to HTML

**What do you dislike about OpenText Communications (Exstream)?**

Still few limitations are there like Importing documents like word into design, font issue while copy-paste from business documents, etc which need to be handled efficiently

**What problems is OpenText Communications (Exstream) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Developing PDF letters and Email specific to customer

Opentext CCE helps business users throughout  an enterprise to  bridge departments and data sources. It helps to speak to all customers with an easy of use and agility in one voice. Opentext CCE has significantly increased efficiency and throughput of many businesses today.

**What do you dislike about OpenText Communications (Exstream)?**

Although there is nothing significant that I dislike, still the User Experience can be improved, with a focus on end users with limited technical and coding knowledge. The UI, the front-end can have more customisable options to suit various industries.

**What problems is OpenText Communications (Exstream) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OpenText CCE has resulted in faster turnaround for key business processes by supporting new business opportunities. It has various web-based tools, to empower business users and reduced demand and reliance on IT staff. Moreover it has resulted in improved effectiveness of communications across the enterprise

Opentext has a clean user interface. Did not find any lags while using the tools. Sorting out different tasks and workflows is easy. The users are also allowed to track time and log the process.

**What do you dislike about OpenText Communications (Exstream)?**

Did not find any major issues with open text. Permissions access traceability can be improved. Permissions for simple and basic routine tasks can be made uniform.

**What problems is OpenText Communications (Exstream) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sorting out multiple different tasks and workflows is easy. System users are also allowed to track time and log the process automatically. It saves time and resources.

Need frequent database maintenance as some components suddenly looses connection. Almost all advance features need to purchase as add-on to the licence.
