We were struggling with managing recurring payments and dealing with failed transactions before, but OpenPay’s robust subscription management tools, particularly the dunning features, have drastically improved our customer retention. The ability to integrate with multiple payment processors also means we no longer rely on a single provider, which has not only reduced our risk but also allowed us to negotiate better processing rates.
